  3. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Today is Sunday so I thought it may be appropriate for "let there be light". Installed Baja Design LP6's on the front bumper. Installed to be back lit when the parking lights are on and wired the spot light to Auxiliary 1 and the floods to Auxiliary 2. Here in NC they do not need to be...
  4. Let There Be Light

Today is Sunday so I thought it may be appropriate for the thread title. Installed Baja Design LP6's on the front bumper. Installed to be back lit when the parking lights are on and wired the spot light to Auxiliary 1 and the floods to Auxiliary 2. Here in NC they do not need to be covered...
  5. Teraflex 1.5 Inch Front Leveling Kit

Very little rake in my case. I wanted some because I will be putting a canopy and roof top tent on the bed in the near future . Each vehicle is a little different.
  6. Tops! Canopy / covers / toppers / racks possibilities for Gladiator - Show me!

I’m going to the Alu cab dealer tomorrow to get some lights installed. I’ll ask some probing questions and report back. Glad-dar is on!
  7. Tops! Canopy / covers / toppers / racks possibilities for Gladiator - Show me!

True. I should have stated that even with the Tacoma canopy it is a fit that better aligns with the Gladiator cab (imo). According to RLD USA the 3rd generation RLD should address this. I have been promised pictures of the Gladiator Alu-Cab in the next 7-10 days. If I do get them, I will...
  8. Tops! Canopy / covers / toppers / racks possibilities for Gladiator - Show me!

Well, heck! I've read this entire thread! I have a deposit on a Alu-Cab with front glass, regular side doors, including shipping, and installed for $3,300 that I placed two weeks ago. Today I spoke with a rep at RLD DesignsUSA about the RLD stainless steel and he said a 2nd Generation...

  10. Lets talk Recovery.

I can't say for certain, i've read and it makes sense that as long as properly installed anything 2 to 2.5 inches is okay but over 2.5 inches it changes the geometry enough to start the conversation of potentially effecting the warranty for some future drive line issues, regardless of the maker...
  11. Lets talk Recovery.

I can't see how it would. My Warn bumper and winch were installed at dealer prior to completing paperwork. Never heard anything to the contrary. Things like lifts over 2 inches I think have the potential if it can be linked to the presenting complaint.
  12. Lets talk Recovery.

Here is a link for some ARB Recovery Kits. I purchased the essential kit. To echo the previous, recognize the difference between a "snatch" strap and regular strap and when to use each one. With no winch, I would assume you would definitely want a properly rated snatch strap, shackles (both...

If you haven't already, check out the Warn Elite Full Width. I have some pictures in my posts and profile picture.
  14. Question about leveling kits

I did not measure prior so I can’t say specifically. It’s pretty level but from some views it still has a little rake but not much at all.
  15. How did you negotiate your purchase?

I'll just add to what the others have contributed. I think ultimately it comes down to the dealer with the mentality of selling. Some dealers are high volume low cost dealerships and others may want to get everything they can for a popular model. The high volume dealers generally have some...
  16. Foam Cannon/Gun

I have poor water pressure at my house so I have a gas power washer I use instead of just attaching to the garden hose. I do have the attachments from Chemical Guys and I think it works well. I would say in general, the idea of apply a foamy soap via a sprayer is a good habit for first step...
  17. Tire size recalibration at dealer

Not sure how that 1mm got in there. It was a mistake
  18. Tire size recalibration at dealer

Take a l mm But now the Mini is plugged under the dash and doesn’t even connect to the OBD2.
  19. Tire size recalibration at dealer

Not sure if I understand your question. I have the Tazer Mini. It has one piece. This piece is installed and you can recalibrate the tire size and then remove. If you wanted to use some of their "live" functions then this same one piece will need to remain but NOT for the tire recalibration...
  20. Tire size recalibration at dealer

Sorry. I have NOT experienced any problems or concerns.
