  1. How do I correct steering?

Gonna go ahead and disagree on the steering stabilizer not doing anything. I had some pretty good wander (not death wobble), especially on highway and hitting any kind of rough pavement. You had to make a ton of little corrections. Had my alignment checked/rechecked by dealer, hand checked...
  2. Any one else feel break pulse through their aftermarket dead pedal.

Yep feel it too. At first it was a bit distracting, but used to it now. I think its "feeling" part of the pedal return. I've wondered if putting a rubber washer under it (between nut and pedal attachment) would help, but at this point I hardly notice it anymore.
  3. Mojave Splash Guards ???

"I removed the rock rails and put nFab steps on. Would i still get the Rokblokz with the cutouts?" So with the N-FAB RKR, do NOT get the cutouts, there's no need those rails fit fit with the RockBlokz, I can't speak to other N-Fab steps, but for the RKRs, they don't interfere at all with the...
  4. Mojave Splash Guards ???

I am about to find out. I just ordered the nFab RKR steps ( https://www.extremeterrain.com/n-fab-jeep-gladiator-cab-length-rkr-side-rails-textured-black-j194trkr.html#customer_reviews ) Based on this...
  5. Tune for MPG

Another point to consider most non-performance (eg. Charger, Hellcat, Camaro, Mustang etc.) vehicles get tuned by the Manufacturer for MPG, and NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness). They spend countless hours and millions of miles to do this. Its unlikely some shop, or tuner is going to...
  6. Mojave Splash Guards ???

XL Originals Mojave is stock. They do fine, although I think Longs would give a bit better splash up coverage, I still get some dirt on the steps body even with them on. And for trails/wheeling easy to take off.
  7. Oh Jeep... Why you so backwards?

In my Ram, initially I hated the dial. I don't mind it all now. It frees up a ton of space in the console area which is nicer than the mostly hand rest. I think the Jeep could use the interior storage space.
  8. Undercoating

Did Krown here, for $165. Sure beat crawling under with spray cans..for that price. Plus heard lots of good things about it.
  9. Oh Jeep... Why you so backwards?

Its backwards and its infuriating. My 2017 Chevy SS (Holden Commodore VF) is Chevy Camaro is the same: And someone mentioned Hurst Dual Gate But my RAM 1500 has a completely different set up: However, Chrysler/Stellantis/Jeep/RAM seems to want follow Backwards Motor Works (BMW) with the...
  10. Will mods void the factory warranty?

You misunderstand the Moss-Magnuson Act. It covers OEM spec replacement parts. i.e. you get a Autozone OEM spec alternator, they can't deny warranty over that. It does NOT protect you when you put on a 4" lift 40" Tires, regear, supercharge and reprogram the ECM/PCM. Anything that isn't OEM...
  11. Steering Damper

Depends what you mean by "loose steering" I've installed the Fox ATS stabilizer and it make a noticeable difference on the highway with steering effort to keep things on track. Stabilizer won't fix alignment issues, but this: "On a properly designed and well maintained system, a damper's...
  12. The hardest vehicle to hand wash - ever!

Those that say its "easier"?? WTH? Less area than say my RAM 1500, but the seams between fenders and body, the areas around hood latches are all a huge PITA to clean -- you can't get a sponge, cloth in there easily to get the sticky mud that won't come loose with just water. And it sure as...
  13. Getting Livernois tune

Yes, so any reflashing / PCM swap is likely to = warranty void. It's risk, I've self tuned several cars so I get it. That being said, Livernois is solid, well respected in the LS / EcoBoost areas. I've resisted the urge to break out the HPT and mess with the Jeep. Heck, my LS3 in my...
  14. Getting Livernois tune

And impact on your Warranty? Tunes once detected usually result in warranty block/void. Curious how this (or HPT) avoids this? On newer GMs, you cannot as the ECM tracks flashes, so even if you flash back to stock they know.
  15. 2022.5 Rumors?

Meh. Primer gray has been around for a long, long time ;) Love to see GoMango, or Sinamon Stick (orange/copper)...as far as colors. Love to see V8 option too...just sounds better and get better mileage too with the right tuning/gearing. Should add options to mojave for things like locking...
  16. If you could do it over - What would you change?

Front Trail Cam. Have nearly everything else... that Camera isn't easy to add. There's a few aftermarket options that aren't as good for the $500 factory one.
  17. Can we Disable the auto stop start?

Yes! Me too! Cannot get it out. Tried for literally hours. Pulling/pushing/twisting pushing the little tab in..feels like that sucker is glued in there! My fingers hurt, and the sharp metal gave me more than one scratch. Even tried gently twisting a screwdriver while pushing on the tab...
  18. Autostop Eliminator install... stock connector won't come out..

Yep, I pressed it in, then hit the release. The one toward the inside moves just a little (you can hear the click when I press it back). The one I need to take out toward the outside of the vehicle doesn't move at all either way. Even tried to twist a screwdriver while pressing in/out. I...
  19. Autostop Eliminator install... stock connector won't come out..

Nobody? I cannot get the connectors out, no matter what, I can push the tab in but the connectors don't move a bit. I can't figure out what's keeping them in....
