They have the covers in stock for Jt's with light bars. I wonder if this is really that much different. Maybe a bit more room at the top of the windshield?
I just went to their site and its still saying out of stock. Either they sold out again or still not back in stock. I've been waiting all summer for one :headbang:
Here you go! I can provide links to serious people that are interested.
These are the buckles I use to secure the cargo net once I loop it around the rack. buckles purchased on amazon.
I attach it to the trail rails thru grommets I installed in the cargo net. Bolt goes thru grommet into a cam...
curious to see what others are charging their batteries with? I'm using a NOCO genius 10 but it has only been charging my 100ah lifepo4 battery to 13.6 to 13.8 volts. I've been told I should be able to charge the battery to 14.2-14.6v. Is it my charger or are others seeing about the same on a...
To answer your questions.
I bought a tazer to permanently disengage the auto start/stop function and have cleared the CEL code only twice and have not had either issue in over 6,300 miles.
2. The 3/36k factory warranty should be transferable and should fully cover this issue. I dont think you...
Also,
If anyone knows how to create a spreadsheet embedded into this thread or is computer savvy enough to do that, PM me and we can add it here to try to keep all those with this issue together.
This thread was started to keep all these complaints in one thread and to figure out how many of us are out there. The problem is there are also several other threads with people having the misfire issue that don't search before they post a new thread.
My goal here was that hopefully one dealer...
Hey thanks for pointing that out. Since it was my first set up I did not catch that. Wish the instructions would have been better at point that out. Could save alot of people's awnings in windy conditions.
Completed my last major addition to my set up.. the OVS 270 degree awning.
From here on out my pocket book will be much happier. All mods from this point forward will just be small tweaks to my full overlanding set up.
Still plan to come up with a custom soft top set up to include a tonneau...
Added a cargo net surround to my bed to house my 2 big dogs during overlanding trips.
Purchased some large cargo nets and cut each to fit between my rack. Looks good with the tube doors. Dogs are happy and it keeps them safe.
Got my awning mounted up too. It got 7' of head clearance. This thing is going to be a nice addition to my RTT & annex room for the next overlanding trip
So far the quality & durability look pretty well done.
I started this post and have been riding out & enjoying my JT since the last time it was in the dealer at 700 miles. I still get the occasional A! Light but have not had the CEL light since. I now have 7200 miles on it and it has seemed to fix itself. Yes I feel an occasional rough idle at some...
Here is my setup and it has worked quite well so far. I have cargo nets looped thru my rack at the top and the bottom is secured to the trail rail with grommets & bolts/cams. The back cargo net has quick release buckles attached to the tail gate to hold it in place.
I also installed lap belts...
