I use both onX and Trails Off-Road and agree with the first review about trails having better trail descriptions and coverage but fewer trails, and OnX having more coverage but less consistency.
I also use OnX through my Android Auto screen, which is a plus when using other mapping programs on...
FYI, . there was a recall on the tailgate controller. This might be useful information:

(Unfortunately, this doesn't tell you how to break in your locked tailgate.)
1.5" should level it. I've seen 2.5" front without any rear lift and that end up with negative rake. Also, the 1.5" leveler leaves more suspension travel for you versus the larger pucks using stock shocks, etc. Here is a photo of my Sport after the installing a Teraflex 1.5" kit, with my stock...
I choose these tires (Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T 255/85R/17) and have been running these for about six months. 100% happy with the choice. The tires are mounted on stock steel 17x7.5 rims, no spacers, and front-end 1.5" Teraflex leveler. The vehicle is a Sport with an automatic...
Because this Jeep is not driven daily, I'm using a Battery Tender to keep the batteries happy. I added a quick connect plug (the same plug that is already on the charger cable) to the exterior and just leave the charger powered and mounted in the garage.
I successfully replaced my factory tires on the factory steel rims on my 2022 Sport with 35" tires.
In my case, the JT has a 1.5" front leverer, and the tire size is 255/85R-17, similar in dimensions to a 35x10.5. With these, there is zero rubbing.
There is a reason why the early Gladiators have a different grill - engineering for 'best in class towing'. https://www.jalopnik.com/the-engineering-behind-the-jeep-gladiators-tow-rating-1833657453/ it is an interesting read.
I recently saw related errors ('implausible error code') after I unmarried my tazer. Suspecting it was something to do with the removal of the tazer, I cleared all the codes. The error has not returned since.
Here is how I mounted my Midland MXT275 radio and antenna. I tapped into the 12v plug accessory feed to power the GMRS radio. The 275 power draw is within the capacity of that switched circuit. Using the 575 would require going to the battery or higher power relay under the hood. When not...
I would appreciate the feature request.
So I'm curious, is the loud ringer thing just me, or are others bothered by the unnecessarily loud sound? Is there a way to silence it if not quiet it down?
Scenario: Android Auto (Pixel 9 with latest OS) contacted to Uconnect on a 2022 JT Sport. Every time the phone rings, the ring volume is terrifyingly loud. The only way I've found to lower the volume is to reduce the volume after it starts ringing. Adjustments on the phone for ring volume does...
So here is something I'm trying for the next narrow ride: I trimmed some magnetic whiteboard sheets to protect the bed and cab. Unlike the doors and front panels, these are steel. Using a blank roll of White Surface Magnet Sheet, 10'x2' ($40-45 on Amazon), I cut these for easy on easy off...
My JT Sport (not maxtow) is running MT 255/85R-17 on factory steel 17x7.5 rims. The vehicle has a 1.5" front leveler, otherwise, stock suspension. These tires are approximately equivalent to 35x10.5 tires. *Zero rubbing* or other issues.
Thanks. I purchased the switch and terminals on Amazon. Search for "Battery Disconnect Master Cutoff Switch" to get several similar switches (about $15 ea.). The breaker was included with my winch. I fabricated the mounting plate from some scraps cut from a plastic bumper. I've seen several...
Here is my set up for the 10,000 lb. winch: manual disconnect and an inline circuit breaker. I leave it off, except when operating the which. Simple, safe, satisfactory.
I replaced the original bulbs in my 2022 Sport with SEALIGHT H13/9008 Bulbs https://a.co/d/6FXFCVx . The results were impressive on both low and high beams. Also, I've used this brand in two other halogen-to-LED replacement applications with great results as well.
Perhaps this brand will work...
To the original question, "do I need an alignment after installing the leveler?"... I can share my experience.
Two years and 12,000 miles into my original ownership of a 2022 Gladiator Sport, I installed Teraflex 1.5" levelers. I decided that an alignment was prudent because 1) I just messed...
