Typically on a Leveling kit there is some added lift on the rear but....
Note: Aftermarket wheels with less than stock backspacing will require at least 0.5” Rear Bump Stop Strike Pad Extensions to avoid tire rubbing on the inner fender liner at full compression when articulated. Models with...
Now that you cleared the air as to you having an Overland, it has the 3,73's and would be a dog with 35's....ask me how I know? stick with the 33's or a light skinny 34".
Besides unbalanced tires, they may be under-inflated. Under-inflation causes the same wobble and stops after slowing down. Everything could be going good at speed, hit a bump and that starts the cycle. This is also the number 1 cause of Harley death wobble.
I did the AEV 2" spacer on my new one and no issues. Rides like stock. Goes everywhere I want to go! If you want to do heavy rock crawling then you probably got the wrong rig! So I think the AEV 2" for your Mohave is good.
Get an aftermarket angry grill ? and then get the paint to match.

I just painted my wifes new grill. Gonna need 2 kits to cover it!
My understanding is that there is a 2" budget boost and not a lift kit! If the shocks are still OEM then these are the softer Overland shocks for freeway driving and the body will roll. Its normal unless you put stiffer shocks. But do you really want that is the question.
Bigger tires right out of the gate. They are only for looks really. Going from 33's to 35's give you 1 more inch of clearance. Steep price to pay for an extra inch of clearance. Wear out what you got then go with a bigger tire.
What to do... Well, thats loaded. Depends on what you are...
Nope! Unless you find an aftermarket with a skid plate. But do you really need it. The metal skid is there to mainly protect the sway bar disconnect. Didnt have a skid plate on my Overland with AM bumper and winch.
First, why the MT's? Are you going to be doing a lot of Mudding? MT's have the least favorable ride quality due to the aggressive tread (and noisy). AT's probably would be more suitable for snow/ice/slush. and considering its a wider tire, do you have rims with suitable offset?
You are on the very low spectrum for 35's. Even 4.56 gears are on the low but..... it really depends on your driving and whether you have alot of hills. You will feel it going uphill. I have a friend who runs 35" Wildpeaks MT's on the original 4.10's and he follows me everywhere with...
