Is it possible to buy this extra lip and add it to normal fenders?

I've seen a lot of sport s max tow package here, which have an additional widening lip on the fenders. I have a sport s no tow package, If I get Rubicon charcoal wheels with falken 285/70/r17 are they going to stick out past my fenders? I think both my stock wheels and what i'm looking to buy...
