Can anybody tell me more about these max payload springs?
I was given a full set of...

I got my JT 30/Sept/2019. It was manufactured ~9/9/19.
My diff is a 3.73, it's not the 4.10s
My fuel economy went down from 12.8L/100kms to 13.2L/100kms, small hit.
Finally did it myself. It's hard to tell, depends on the angle you're eyeballing from but when you get the ruler out there's no poke
Just wanted to update this thread in case someone has the same question later.
I have the sport s, with a manual and I went no tow package so I have 1700lbs of payload.
The manual transmission is easier to drive now I have rubicon 285/70/17 wheels.
glad I got a sport s with the most basic touch screen. its not distracting. my media controlls are split seperate from the climate controls.
sorry to hear about the issues you're having.
I am curious though, why did your engine have to be torn apart? For this or a seperate issue?
I just put Rubicon takeoffs on my gladiator. I don't have room to store the sport s wheels so I want them gone. I live in Central Maine and will try to meet you 1/2 way. 4286 miles on the tires. 4 wheels and rims plus a spare wheel on a steelie
I scond, or third, the "not a first year vehicle". The Wrangles '18-'20 have the same promlem and I have heard the previous gen Wrangler also did not have great steering.... hence the long time "it's a jeep thing".
I let a few Wrangler friends drive my JT yesterday. They thought it drove...
Any body else notice that squeaky wining noise that changes in pitch when you turn the wheel which you can barly record on video over the rumble of the engine is almost gone or much quieter after the TSB?
I've done much more driving now post TSB and I can say it is night and day difference. Steering feels correct, safe and competent now.
If you lift your hood and look down through the engine bay, so you are looking at the top side of your steering box there is a nut to loosen, then allen wrench...
I was always in that camp too, "My steering isn’t terrible" "it's not dangerous" ...but I wouldn't let my kid or other relatives drive. I just got off the highway and the steering is much more stable, way more manageable. The steering wheel feels tight now. Felt loose before. I would let a...
Woooooo! Just picked up my JT with part P68507576AA. Power steering fluid level is good. Steering doesn't feel notchy. Wheel seems on straight.
Driving home I had it up to 50mph and it it's a lot better. I still need more time before I jump on the night and day difference bandwagon but the...
Pretty obvious too when the issue completely goes away when you upgrade your steering system and the steering gear is replaced.
Bubba from Exodus @1:06 says, "went away when" he put hydraulic assist steering on his Jeep.
