This is easily done with the Rugged Ridge Voyager soft top. You can remove the rear window along with the corner covers and run it safari style.
Then, if desired, the back can be folded forward, the front flipped back, and the top part rests nearly above the roll bar for a nearly topless feel.
Has anyone removed their Mojave hood decals and replaced with something else?
I've named all my Jeeps (this is number 9) and replaced hood decals with name decals.
I'm having a hard time with this one, as I kinda like the Mojave label.
Just in looking at it, it isn't as simple as the JKU was. With the JKU, I just removed a plastic cap, removed one bolt, rotated 180 and was done. It made adjustments more difficult, but really there was no need since I'd set it where I wanted and it stayed.
I'm one of those people who name their Jeeps. I'm trying to find the Mojave font, or something very close, so I can get hood decals made with the name, yet still maintain the look of my factory Mojave decals.
Tried searching, but both font and Mojave yields a ton of non-relavant results.
Seems everytime I get out of my 23 JT, my butt pushes down on the lever to lower the seat height. Had the same problem on my 21 as well as my 13 JKU. However on the JKU, I was able to flip the lever and keep it out of the way. With the JT, I don't really see a way to do that.
Has anyone come up...
No lift, stock Willy's.
Again, before Jeep acknowledged an issue with the aluminum gear box, folks over in the JL Forum figured out the Mopar LCAs helped. Supposedly they believed the stock JL didn't have enough caster from the factory.
As Shadows mentioned, they don't add a ton of caster, but...
Yeah they've got up a good amount, but with the deals I got I actually was out the door with the Mojave for less than I paid for the 80AE three years ago. Just couldn't pass that up.
At least, that's what I'm using to rationalize it lol.
Drop about $90 on the LCAs from the Mopar lift kit and enjoy the improvement.
I found out about them in the JL Forum as a type of "fix" to the wander for the wife's 2020 JLU. Made a massive improvement, then when Jeep finally did the TSB to replace the aluminum gear box, that combined with the...
With the incentives Jeep is offering, as well as a few extra from my local dealer, I pulled the trigger and traded in my 80th Anniversary Edition JT on a Mojave. I'll miss the 80AE to some extent, but man this Mojave is nice! Now to get some 35s on it.
And the old 80AE
Based off the only two beam pattern pics in the reviews, I’d stay away.
Those are horrible patterns, and would likely be a minimal improvement over the factory halogen, if at all.
The consensus in the wrangler forum was that the JL didn’t have enough caster from the factory, so that was one reason the LCAs became such a popular option to fix the wandering.
I don’t claim to be an expert, or know all about specs, but I do know that adding the LCAs to her otherwise factory...
