I think the pricing is what's really getting people excited. It's important to remember that the reason the pricing is so low is because you're getting a lot less.
The bed is 6" shorter than a midsize truck bed, and 5" narrower at the wheel arches. And keep in mind that guys already complain...
Wheww.. what a thread.
Can we start at the beginning? Did you check to verify that all fuses and relays are pushed firmly into place in the underhood panel?
Exact same here. I never go full term, and always go above "allowed" miles, and leasing works great.
Lots of people dump money into hobbies. I don't, I just enjoy driving a new truck every couple of years.
Correct from the rear doors back there isn't one single part shared with Wrangler. Totally different vehicle. People who say it's just a Wrangler with a bed don't know Jeeps.
If you follow the vent tube off the rear axle to where it is clipped to the underside of the bed, you'll see a cap on the end. I removed the lid from this cap. It snaps off. Then I punctured the membrane. Then I removed some of the cotton discs. I verified by blowing into it that air flows more...
Best thing to do is purchase a spare ECU and have the dealership program it. Then send one of them for tuning and keep the other for dealer visits. Personally I'm waiting for a flash tool.
Like I always say, there are a LOT of oils that would probably work great in these engines, Rotella included.
What this boils down to is protecting yourself in the scenario where your injection system blows, or you lose a rod bearing, or something along those lines. It has happened a lot with...
Yep Ford just announced an $18 billion dollar project to build a battery manufacturing facility about 70 miles from me. They claim it's going to produce 5,000 jobs, and give Kentuckians the second highest starting wage in the state among manufacturing jobs.
The first thing that came to mind...
But..... The Wagoneer is a totally different class of vehicle. It more closely aligns with a full size truck, and there are rumors the Ramcharger will go on the same platform if they built it.
Meanwhile the Gladiator is a mid size truck, and mid size trucks have never gotten 7,000+ lb. GVWR...
It doesn't. I looked several months ago. It's not on the bottles and it's not in their literature.
The Quaker State is the ONLY oil I've seen at Walmart with the proper spec on the bottle. Although like I mentioned, if you shop online there are lots of options. The Motul X-Clean is probably...
Spot on about the range being only ideal conditions. Most people will never see 300 miles of range. And while towing I've seen estimates of 100 miles.
Can you imagine trying to go on vacation somewhere and you've got to stop every 100 miles to spend hours recharging? And that's if you can...
To me it doesn't look like a body dropped onto something else. Looks like a simple build.
They added an extra wheel and tire out back, made possible by changing wheels to a dually style. Then they fabricated some rear fender extensions. Done.
Probably drives, hauls, and tows exactly like...
Latest build date we've seen so far is 5-26-21.
Mine was built 5-27-21. I'm working toward 7,000 on the odometer now and I've towed pretty heavy with the truck and I have zero axle leaks. Bone dry.
I will mention that literally as soon as I pulled into the driveway after taking delivery of...
Between those two, Falken six days a week and twice on Sunday. Better wear, better traction, less noise, and arguably better sidewalls (which is why Falkens are heavy). The KO2 sucks in snow, sucks in mud, and wears poorly if you don't have a perfect alignment.
Sigh... we have to go through this again....
The Gladiator is rated using SAE J2807 method. Which means it is PROVEN to be safe at 100% of its rated capacity.
In addition to that, many forum members here have towed travel trailers, boats, campers, enclosed trailers, etc. at max capacity...
Like ShadowsPapa said, there's a lot of threads on this.
Just to recap, the reason pickup trucks come with steel wheels for spares and SUVs like the Wrangler come with a matching alloy wheel is two fold:
1. The spare on a pickup is stored under the vehicle where it's subjected to mud, water...
