I swapped out a pair of Synergy 3" front springs and a .5 spacer which got me 3" total for a set of 4" Synergy's. looks 100% better and still rides fine . I love no spacers
I understand it was draglink. You also said end link bolt would just spin. That means its not tight. I was just explaining how some dont notice it may require an allen wrench to hold it so you can tighten it if you are interested
the sway bar end link on some require an allen wrench inserted on the end of the threaded end, same side the nut is on . That stops the bolt part from spinning
Kbb has always been fine for me. If the dealer offers a lot less the vehicle they are selling is usually lower price too which is what brought me their so its proportionate
Shame ya don't live closer I'd give you a set of new Red take offs I bought long ago. I used them for about 50 miles and put the sport shocks back on so I could drive 55 mpg and not feel like I was driving in a hurricane. Been standing in the corner for a couple years I'd say
Did i say it was the box causing it NO. My point is I have a steel box and using a sector shaft/track bar brace made a difference. Dont base your decision on which box you have as to if it will help. Not asking for approval
Just remember to loosen all front control arms and track bar and retighten with the weight of the vehicle on them if you only did front springs . If you did rear too than do the same to them if using OE type bushings . It will effect ride
And what changed when you lifted another inch did and linkage angle increase ???.usually going from spacers to springs increases suspension travel which can contribute to bump steer. I run 33-35 psi in the same tires. Too soft of shocks did not help mine , maybe ya need something stiffer to cut...
I am a firm believer stock track bar mount location is for stock height . I only went 2.5" lift to start with. I had a Core Crawl series track bar . When I went to the soft Fox/JKS 2.5s and was very soft on the road. So on dips in the road the suspension traveled to the point I had annoying...
American made Eibach . I have used 5100's on a number of vehicles and were never really happy but they are cheap . I had always heard Eibach were much like the 5100 just a little smoother on the road and so I gave them a shot . I used their springs on a Ram and was very pleased. I replaced the...
Swapped my RC contour steps for a RC power boards. Wife is starting to show her age when it comes to getting in. I hate steps but at least these look alot like the OE Rubicon Rock Rails when they are up. Less noticeable than what I had. No rocks near me and not interested if their was. Thats...
