Evo geometry brackets and metalcloak control arms incompatible

Hoping this will reach someone that may be considering this combination. I purchased the evo drop brackets to install on my 3.5 MC GC lift. I installed the brackets and upon reinstallation of the upper control arm I have found that the “pocket” that the upper control arm slides into and ultimately bolts to, is not deep or large enough to allow the metalcloak arm to line up with the bolt holes.

I know the MC arms work with Rancho geo brackets as do Core crawl series

Metal cloak ends are known to be large, their track bar also requires clearancing the stock location.

Core Crawler control arms with Johnny Joints work with the Teraflex geo brackets. The Core front track bar needed clearance on the axle bracket to fit.

Yeah you have to notch the axle some to get the Metalcloak track bar to fit. I just assumed the control arm brackets wouldn’t be much of an issue.

Up until last week... we made a rev change and redesigned the Durotrak housing at the axle side so modifying the stock bracket is no longer necessary.
