Do you know all of the modifications he has? I don't see a list anywhere. Clearly the dealer doesn't think they're the issue as they'd be the first ones to walk away from it.
What a ridiculous comment. In no way do modifications prevent Jeep from having to honor the warranty. UNLESS the modification is likely to have caused the issue. In this case, it sure seems highly highly unlikely to be related in any way to a modification.
