Living in Colorado, around here with the hills, etc.
Mopar 2" lift, Ski Racks over the bed, 35" 12.5 Nitto ridge grapplers , Rubicon.
I get 22.5 -- 75% highway 25% city
I get 19.8 -- 90% city 10% highway
These numbers have been pretty consistent. I don't speed, and I am not lead footed. It's...
7200 no issues, besides derate towing up long inclines on hot days.
35” tires, mopar 2”, slight pull to right…. 4 alignments, replaced steering stabilizer, even put stock tires on….. slight pull.
Diesel rubicon. For 3000lbs you will be really happy filling up at the pump while you tow.
They look great. They sound special.
With my rpod attached I avg about 17.2mpg on 35” tires with a 2” Mopar lift.
But it’s diesel which comes with all the fun EPA bullshit.
Compared to my 4.0L Tacoma...
Yeah softer springs in the gas lift for sure! Are you running the mopar 2" springs in the rear and metal cloak 3.5" up front with the LCA provided from Mopar in their kit?
I want to read more reviews!!! If you have the tune please post about it! I am on the fence right now as I I hear the trans warm issues are annoying. It likely wouldn't bother me personally, but it would likely confuse or irritate other drivers of my truck. More reviews! Please :-)
Quick question, when I start my eco diesel in cold air (10-28 degrees F) in air that is not windy at all, the smell of the DEF fluid is so strong it hurts your nose and eyes. Like very pungent.
I have no warning lights, runs as normal, particulate filter is not nearing a regen state (soot level...
yeah with the stock fox shocks you can do that... If you are running the fox 3.0 with the lift kit you can't pull the strike pad, even if you are running smaller tires. I measured and the fox shocks are longer and need that space to prevent the shocks from bottoming out.
The solution is firmer shocks, and more space between strike pad and frame.
If you have the level kit Id assume you run 35's.
With a Sport you can't pull the spacer in that configuration because those bottom out situations will result in tire to fender contact in many situations. (especially...
So this is a feature of the Taser JL
FYI Yes I have the 3.0L Turbo Diesel.
The Taser JL has an option to show boost / vac pressure of the turbo through the audio screen, you can configure the display to show the boost at the top section of the screen which is awesome... You configure the...
I hadn't realized that you could change the position and configuration of the data displayed on the gauges. With the TaserJL you have been able to view boost on the audio screen, but did you realize you could move that boost data?
Neat. Thought I would share if you didn't know this.
