Try putting a 50 ohm dummy load on it to measure the power. Thats a big difference. Also, please see page 22 of the owners manual. IMPORTANT! Channels 1-7 cannot be removed from the Lo transmit power setting due to power output regulations...

I have a 23 with 9000 miles on it. Just from watching my soot load on my scanguage, I have a hunch that the egr pulls pre-dpf exhaust until the engine is warmed up, then it pulls post-dpf exhaust once up to operating temp. This is only a guess, if someone had a way of looking at the programming...
