Drivetrain nut and bolts wise, it is the same with the 2020. With the exception of the 2024+ model new stuff, the only thing I ever cam across that was different in 2020 through 2023 was some minor wiring difference but even then, it was 99.9% the same.
Yeah, I checked my old 2022 Rubicon that is still on my account and it has expired also.
2024+ models though got a gift a few months back giving them 10 years of basic Connect services with no charge.

2024+ went to a different system for GPS navigation. If you buy a vehicle with a base radio/infotainment, it will have the GPS antenna inputs but the base head unit will not be software enabled for GPS navigation nor do I think it is...
I was not implying you needed a harness without first checking the connection point for seating and/or corrosion. Hate for you to shotgun a part at it blindly and not pan out.
It uses fuse F97 RADIO/TBM fuse it shares with the radio head.
Common fail point is at the connection at the bottom of tailgate where the harness comes in.
Also, did you order the right camera part number? There is different part numbers depending on if you do or do not have the front trail...
