Jeep App, Vehicle Health Missing

My Jeep app had a selection called Vehicle Health Report. It showed tire pressure, oil life, fuel remaining, etc....It has disappeared from my app? Was this feature a subscription only feature?

Yeah, I checked my old 2022 Rubicon that is still on my account and it has expired also.

2024+ models though got a gift a few months back giving them 10 years of basic Connect services with no charge.

I have a 2024. My remote start disappeared after about six months, but I still have remote lock and unlock, fuel, odometer, tire pressure, and oil life. Health is still there too. I also use the app to list maintenance done but will now transfer that data to paper since hearing that the app may just make this unavailable one day.

I have the IME app. It automatically checks these items at least once a week and always before a long trip. It also gives me a theft report. I share the app with my wife. But hers only gives her the fuel remaining and the theft report. Funny how that works.

I spoke to Jeep.com......the app function I am missing is $0 for 10 years....they said take to my dealer of purchase and they will re-sync it. Spoke to my dealer and they agreed....just stop and they will fix.

I found this thread via Google because my app quit showing tire pressure. On a whim I signed out of the app and signed back in. Tire pressure is back!

I have a 2025 w/remote start but remote start has never been available on the app. Should it be? It also says on the jeep website that it should show the vehicle location but I’ve never seen that anywhere on the app either. Should that also be there?

I do have all the other things, remote lock/unlock, vehicle health, fuel level etc..
