No. The more narrow a factory rim the better when airing down. Itās been called a poor manās beadlock for many years. There is a limit to how low you can run a tire VS a true beadlock. I have run them down to 10 psi for 30 years on a 7.5ā wheel. I have never seen one come off unless they are...
Iāve locked up mine unfortunately in a red light runner scenario. The JT brakes are more than enough to take care of 40s let alone 37s. Not sure why this is so hard to get through these trolls heads. This isnāt a JK. There is absolutely zero need or worry about brake sizes.
I also run these...
This is more like what Iām going to do but havenāt figured out to what extent. Iām going to cut the bed, get rid of the spare and move the muffler, but need a low pro bumper. A couple goofy chopped photos. Iām not good at photoshop.
Yes I literally aired down in my driveway. LOL we moved here from Eagle, Co last year. Just down the road from you. We will see you in July. Itās only about 1 hr 1/2 to Ouray for us.
No, usually the bracket will have enough relocation to center the axle. In your case, I wouldnāt worry about the bracket. One or the other. The bracket is preferable unless you have over 4ā of lift.
