I have a Tazer and mine does it too. I am falling out of love with the Tazer today. It works I guess but it tries to do too much I think. Very frustrating when things like Off Road Pages goes bye-bye but it's typical of much of the JT's electronics it seems.
I generally agree but I have found that you can break anything if you try. Most of the carnage I see on trails was preventable with a little thought first.
Not sure what to tell you here but I had a JK that I put an LS3 crate motor in with 6L80 transmission. Used RPM Supreme's conversion kit and it went perfectly. Took a little over a week of work. Got better mileage with the LS3 too. I got over 20 mpg typically with 4:88's and 35's and Jons kit...
Hope you will reconsider on owning a Jeep but I share your frustration. I suspect most of us do. I have a 2023 JTR and so far no problems except for the occasional "car is not in park, shift to park and then shift to gear" notice. I bought an extended warranty that I knew was undoubtedly going...
Oka, not sure its gopro but whatever camera he had it seems odd to me that it would be activated while being towed. Maybe I'm just a skeptic here but seems very odd to me.
Yep, I still use maps. I like the detail. I travel using them and the nav system is for keeping track of mileage to destination and so forth. Taught orienteering and land nav in Army. Use to run vehicle land nav courses with no compass, just for kicks. Never been lost but have been confused a...
This is why the Jeep brand is in decline. The vehicles are built for offroad and the company knows 90% will have some aftermarket changes. Now they are just screwing the buyers because they are having a tough time selling a $65,000 over priced vehicle. If you want to stay in the car business...
Never take the fob out of my pocket. Walk up and pull door handle and it unlocks. Push lock button on handle and it locks. Frankly, who cares what the range is as long as it works.
Forcing everyone to go electric is going to result in some very bad outcomes. As it happens, what will happen to the road taxes added to the cost of gasoline and diesel? Something has to take their place and guess what, that is going to be a tax-per-mile fee so they can pay to fix roads. The...
If you want blind spot avoidance, then use the windows the Jeep comes with to look for traffic before changing lanes. It has very good visibility for an SUV.
