So far Oracle has impressed me with being priced cheaper that mopar and having a better product. I am hoping for that same pricing as well and think they will hit that.
Just wrangler and gladiator as part of that for the most part. Will if I see a modded older cherokee though (late 90s-early 2000s)
My kids decided that all the other ones are "fake jeeps" lol. their criteria is doors and roofs that come off.
Think it might be a delay in those headlights. I got my fogs a few days later from quadratec, took a month to get the headlights. Never got a delivery date until they shipped though. I have seen on here oracle is even slightly delayed in getting their own orders out.
Sadly with the way things are going it seems that way. Or they will tax the crap out of gas to push the move to some kind of self driving BS. Now don't get me wrong I would totally rock a self driving tesla as a commuter, but not as my only car. I also like owning my vehicles and I see the...
Thats terrible. I ordered mine dec 1st so I at least got 10% off. My Tan ones are still showing the date of the 15th they have shown for a while. Though guessing they will get pushed back the day before shipping like they always do. if it wasn't for the coupon I would have probably canceled...
Towing. Always wanted and got a travel trailer, always had a 16ft trailer I use for all of my true hauling. Used to pull it with the van, but with the JT can actually use the trailer to its capacity.
My family calls the bed the "trunk" I have a diamondback HD on there and use it as a trunk...
So true. I saw it all the time during the summer, but honestly even I just kind of forget when it is closed up. Summer I am on top of it. I feel like it loses the fun if your hand is inside the car.
Like others have said it seems to only be modded jeeps. I find older ones and two doors are...
Mine is on a slight rise, just a tad over the receiver, that being said my trailer rides pretty high on larger tires. That was the height needed to set it level including the loss of rake with the squat with the WDH installed. It was a pain in the ass processes of adjusting all of those things...
My RR bumper that has been on my JT about 8 months or so is showing small areas of rust around the hooks already. Other than that it has been awesome, but was shocked when I noticed that last week.
Damn. I never knew that. I have two spares of those from the last time I found them on sale and said it was going to be the year I organized my tools...
Some things work. Others will throw up an error. Screen will sometimes pop up saying that android auto is running. Its not terrible, but it is anoying. Specifically if I want to search for the maps quickly via my phone. even if maps are not running on android auto I can't launch it.
Thats crazy they charge that much just for headlights and foglights. While the terrible halogens are still there. With my new oracle ones the marker lights look like beyond garbage. I have them disabled during the day but they still power up at night and look like trash.
With android auto I didn't even bother to do a mount in the JT. just plug it in and throw it in the console. great for as much as I am doorless as well.
Android auto also starts locking out functions on the phone while it is running.
Before I saw that thing I thought the curt echo was borderline dangerous (who hasn't had an app crash before). That really eases my concerns with it. Glad I went redarc though after how dissapointing the mopar one ended up being.
Get the Redarc. The factory controller doesn't even offer any kind of real integration into the truck like most OEM ones do. Plus as I found the 12v is critical if you want to use a camera system on a travel trailer.
Yep they are awesome and at my local store (Indian Land SC) knowledgeable as well. Fixed a flat for free on one of my cars while I still had the OEM tires. Even one time found a double nail situation in my tire that I didn't know about during a rotation. I had the $20 insurance policy, they...
Right now the halos on my headlights, lol. Had them unused for over a year because I added them in as a "it would suck to save $300 and need them". Once the aux reverse lights become a thing I will finally have a use for them though.
