no way to and get it to line up properly. what I did based on the Tundra kit I got they had to go all the way in the center between stuff. No way to get it lined up without at least a half removal

They give you a call sign to use on repeaters and now you are legal using the power you could before. That is really about it. You don't need to know anything to actually get this license. These are pretty much just higher powered FRS ones with detachable antennas.
