seems kind of odd that they can't even be used below 41 degrees. Guess that means they will never become a full factory option and always be a crazy expensive add on.
I regret the weathertech floor mats. Ended up needing to rip up the carpet anyways and now can't stomach the cost of the armalite flooring due to having dropped so much on these.
For the sun visor I can tell you these guys make a really good product that will match. Have had them in my cars (not the JT though) for around 6 years.

My MPG seems to go up when it is fully stripped down. I think its because the soft top rolled back acts as a bit of a sail. Right now with the doors on it seems to be getting the worst MPG. Best is when I also had the windshield down.
That being said 1000 highway miles is a long time to have...
Yep I feel like they really missed the mark on those things, and the one order sheet showed them as an additional option and not a replacement even. Not sure where you will even find them on display based on that. especially with how high the mirror is. I get what they did for looks, but I...
no way to and get it to line up properly. what I did based on the Tundra kit I got they had to go all the way in the center between stuff. No way to get it lined up without at least a half removal
The high speed thing and lack of a spot on the jeep to mount a mirror has kept me from the soft ones. Once you bold a mirror on they now become kind of hard to store again defeating part of the reason for getting them.
The Mopar ones lost me when I realized how high the body line is on the JL...
Sounds like putting a WDH on there could take care of it for you. My travel trailer squats the thing like crazy till I put it on there.
Those mirrors are hardly functional without a trailer, I am still baffled how they didn't put anything decent on there. Kind of sad my mini-van has better...
That is actually a reasonable price for tube doors.
@Bestop Are core doors happening? If not are lower enclosures for these a thing yet, I remember them being announced last year.
They give you a call sign to use on repeaters and now you are legal using the power you could before. That is really about it. You don't need to know anything to actually get this license.
These are pretty much just higher powered FRS ones with detachable antennas.
The bed light mode is awesome on there. Anchor mode also looks really good for winching.
Now I am just dreading unpluging the thing to connect it to my computer, lol
So I thought it was the warping that it was coming in from. they sent me a new seal plus the shims when I sent a photo. There was the tinyest amount of seal they noticed from the picture missing that was causing the issue. The shims do look so much better though.
Thing that sucked was having...
That is awesome. I really wanted to get the MT, but the towing hit was to much for me.
You are not mean at all. I was planning on at the minimum having them know how to change tires and oil. Plus backing up a trailer. My kids are already dreading learning driving, a lot of these things I...
