Agree. My Cobra was rearended shortly after I purchased it. I got insurance on board and took it to the dealer for repair. Needed new IRS parts, exhaust and bumper. When I went to list it for sale I pulled a carfax. Clean report. Not one word about accident or repairs.
Appreciate if you could post the dealer's findings. The standard dealer BS out here is "You need to leave it two or three days for us to investigate". Not worth my time at this point.
Reviving this thread. I just picked up a 10 W solar trickle charger from Harbor Freight for my wife's Compass. The charge controller looks to be similar to the one pictured in one of the links above (Blue, Red and Green lights). She drives it once a week for about five miles. The charge voltage...
Exactly. I stumbled on this last year when I forgot to disable the ESS. I had the HVAC set to 60 and had been driving for about an hour in over 80 degree weather. The ESS never activated so I scrolled to the ESS screen and it stil said "heating or cooling". So I shut the HVAC down and next stop...
Seemingly no rhyme or reason to it. I can start up and favorites show up. Then 10-15 minutes later the notice pops up but no favorites show on the list. If I happen to find known favorite I'll jump to the browse button to see if it's on the list but nothing there.
2023 Mojave with 8.4 Screen and Sirius subscription. For the past few days the favorite song notice pops up but when I touch the screen it says no favorites playing. After stopping the engine and restarting they sometimes show up. Anyone know whether this is a Sirius or radio problem?
'03 Cobra. Had it up to 135 on I 15 between Vegas and Mesquite. Pretty straight and flat except for little undulations over the dry washes. Never broke a sweat. I let up after a few miles. Thought I was going to get airborne.:whew:
FYI. in my experience California, Florida and Kentucy residents can't buy an extended warranty on line because it's an insurance policy and they must buy from a state licensed insurance agent. The phone numbers I posted will get to a licenced person.
In Cali and some other states you can't buy Max Care on line. Long story about why. Try calling Mopar 800-442-2666 or 800-521-9922. I got Max Care last July by calling.
With every car I’ve bought in California the dealer never offered the manufacturer warranty. They charge $5-$6 K for third party. Big profit item. I refused on my JT and got the Mopar Max Care for 1/3.
Some food for thought based on my experience. I bought a Mojave in January 2024 then ended up having spinal fusion surgery that April. During presurgery discussion with the surgeon he indicated that getting into and out of vehicles would be one of the hardest things to accomplish, I told him I...
I was standing on the dead pedal and practically lifting out the my seat on the first try. it much better now. I have a straight run before I reach my driveway and I practice occasionally.
