I went with the iDrive unit, not the Pedal Commander.
But, yes, it did smooth-out once I got the speedo/shift points recalibrated with the Tazer. I also messed around with the iDrive unit and found the best setting for me, and that is the U-7 setting. Wide-open on U-9 is too touchy, and when...
Your dealer is full of crap. He's just wanting to make you spend money on a lift that he has sitting in boxes and can't move because they probably want to overcharge you for the lift and then the labor to install it.
In the words of Wyatt Earp in Tombstone...
"Why don't you get rid of him...

I know Evo recommends removing the rear brake calipers to drop the rear axle enough to install the new taller rear springs, I'm sure many other companies recommend the same procedure. Just figured it was worth exploring as an option...
Didn't they have to remove the calipers from the axle to install the new lift...?
Looks like someone didn't use a torque wrench and marking paint to show that it's been properly re-torqued after removal during the lift kit install.
Mine took almost 3 months to get my plate swapped over, because the courthouse was shut down to the public. FINALLY, they opened to the public, and I went in, stood in line for over a damn HOUR! and then got it swapped over to the Jeep in like 10 minutes. Now that it's transferred, I can just...
I noticed when I put on the FF Stubby that it was a VERY close fit. I was disappointed that it didn't fit, but at the time I was running out of daylight and was borrowing a friend's concrete carport to do the install, so I didn't have time to mess with modding it. Fast-forward 5 months, and I...
I'm going to try to mod my factory Rubicon skid plate to work with my Fab Fours Stubby. I'm going to give it a try tomorrow, and see if I can get it working. Shouldn't require much modifications, as it fit pretty close before.
Actually, now that I think about it, I'm probably going to mod my factory Rubicon skid, to see if I can get it to fit up with my Fab Fours Stubby. It wasn't that far off originally, so probably wouldn't require too much modification to make it fit. I'll go grab it from storage tomorrow, and do...
I think you'll be more than happy with the Skyjacker kit, a front track bar, and a Fox TS 2.0 steering stabilizer. If I wasn't planning on doing some real heavy offroading (rocks, etc...) in the future, I would stick to the Skyjacker spacer kit that I currently have on mine. But since I plan...
I like those Yoko Geo 003 MT's... They're a good looking tire. That's good to hear that they're holding up good, and you're still happy with them. I've ran a lot of different makes and models of tires & mud tires, but I'm always making mental notes of other makes and models I haven't used...
I highly recommend sending that stabilizer back, and getting a Fox TS 2.0 stabilizer... The one that uses a through-body design. It's what I have. It's been phenomenal.

I used to lay tile & hardwood flooring, along with custom metal fabrication, so having a 6' straight-edge and level was a necessity. I often forgot most normal folks don't have a use or need for one, so they don't have one laying around. My bad...
