Post some pics up! I’m in a Rubi leveled with teraflex, but looking to skip 35s and jump straight to 37s. I assume between with the level on the Rubi, the Mojave would look similar.
Mine will do this if I’m driving normal, then hit a parking lot/drive through, and start idling. It’ll climb to 210+ no matter the temp then drop back down
From their website:
“From your pictures, it looks like the center hoop, lights and winch block off too much airflow to the grille, is this something I have to worry about?”
“No. We spent years (literally) developing and testing this bumper in a variety of ways and conditions to make sure this...
No direct experience, but will note that the owners of Morimoto also own several store fronts, namely headlight revolution, the retrofit source, and a few others.
They will post glowing reviews of their “other” companies products, under various YouTube channels and their review cannot be taken...
Got it all buttoned up, critical Oversight in forgetting that the rubicon skid w/ plastic bumper is different from the steel bumper group skid. I’ll be rocking no skid for a little while I decide if I want to do mopar, rock hard, or something else.
Tried every which way for those brackets, no...
That was my thought as well but no dice. I’ll toss em to the side for now.
Excuse the horrible picture, half way through taking the plastic one off, but I thought the same thing. They’re a smidge too wide
No, not the dumb red tow hooks that mimic Maximus and warn, these. Clearly look like light mounts, but I can’t get them to line up with any of the holes properly.
I mean, not to throw shade but if I received a product that should not rattle, and it rattled, I’d probably not install it. Did you give a heads up to DD prior to installing to get ahead of the problem?
70lbs without the skid for the steel + 16lbs with the skid
36lbs for the plastic with the tow hooks allegedly, + 16lbs with the skid
word of notice, you’ll either have to trim the Mojave skid or run the rubicon skid with either bumper. I don’t think the Mojave skid and mopar steel bumper work...
Ah that’s a shame.
Still have mine!
So far after having the dealer reset the transmission twice, no real issues. It’ll have the random jolt in 3rd gear but I don’t have any other issues. Coming up on 20,000 miles.
That discount is tempting
