No, the Satin Black Grilles do not have the mount for the Trail Cam, the only grilles that that have the Trail Cam mount are a specialized paintable grille. Edit: In time I would get tired of the Satin Black Grille, not so the Trail Cam.

The install instruction for the factory headlight on the first link is more involved than just swapping out headlights. Like @Mr._Bill, if I did not have the OEM LED headlights, I would go the aftermarket route after looking at those install instruction.
