It's like people think that if we had a republican in office it would be any better. We would still be in the same situation with supply chain issues and the national debt issue as well... it wouldn't matter if we had ANYONE else in office, we'd still be facing inflation and the same supply...
Ok, I had a dream of having to slow down in fear of bottoming out. Then I bottomed out in the dream and in real life the next day...
I might just bite the bullet early and get the EVO lift kit. I was planning on waiting for a couple thousand miles but the anxiety I have every time I see a bump...
My next project is the Innovative AT Products 4 tire system and ARB twin air compressor. I just know I'm going to run into some BS trying to install it and have to run to Home Depot a couple times.
So I installed the Mopar Roll Up Tonneau Cover yesterday. Apparently for 2021 Gladiators, Jeep changed the location of the hole in the cover's bracket and the holes in the bed. Online stores don't seem to have figured this out and they recommend the fix for it is a rivnut. However, the rivnut...
LOL, sorry to laugh but I know how you feel. I'm just glad that I caught the change in TPMS sensors for 2021 Gladiators before installing the ones I had.
On a moderate trail you wouldn't have to air down but I personally would just for a more comfortable ride. As for the PSI, on non-beadlocks, I wouldn't go much lower than 20 psi as you risk blowing a bead off and that's no fun on a trail.
For me it was an easy decision. I wanted a diesel so I got the Rubicon. However, even if that wasn't the case I would have still gone for the Rubicon. Reason being, I'm going to replace the suspension and go to 37s. For me, the suspension is really all that the Mojave has better than the...
Honestly that's not a bad deal at all, especially in this market.
I ordered a 2021 in July and this was my sheet and sales order. I also got $1500 in rebates at the time of delivery.
I ordered a 2021 Roll Up Tonneau cover recently and just got around to installing it. Apparently some of the aftermarket shops are selling the 2020 tonneau cover as 2021 but the holes on the bracket don't line up with the holes in the bed still. I emailed the place I bought it from and their...
I do have the bottoming out issue... It sucks that I have to worry about whether the dip in the road is large enough that the Jeep will bottom out or not. I was going to lift the Jeep anyway so it won't be an issue for too long.
Now just to decide if I want to go with the EVO 2.5" or the EVO...
Stock Rubicon with the MOPAR steel front bumper with 800 miles. It bottoms out routinely. When pulling out of parking spot I went forward too soon and went over the 4" curb at like 2mph, it bottomed out... When I see a dip in the road, I'm afraid of it possibly bottoming out now. Sort of...
I only have a little over 800 miles on mine so I don't have much experience. But here's my opinions of it.
The gas mileage is good if you keep your foot out of it and go 65mph or below on the interstate. At 60-65mph I can average around 26-29mpg, depending on how hilly it is. Now, at 80mph it...
I had the EVO MFG enforcer kit on my JK for over 60k miles before I sold the jeep. After numerous wheeling trips and daily driving, the kit had no issues at all. I honestly didn't even grease the johnny joints on the control arms after the first 15k miles...
So I'm dead set on going with the...
Yeah, it seems like a big design flaw... hopefully it was just a bad batch of batteries... do you know if you can just wire in a second battery that you just get from the auto parts store to just get running again?
I remember following a thread about one of those incidents on another forum back in 2015. Since then I always had that fear of hitting another vehicle. Luckily for me I never hit anyone.
I typically have either the AC on or heat on so I don't deal with it typically. However, I dislike it. I'm turning it off as soon as I install my tazer.
