So I've had these tires and wheels sitting in my house for over a month now... I actually took delivery of them before I even had my Jeep! Anyway, I would have installed the tires onto the beadlocks already but I'm waiting on the new TPMS sensors which are apparently backordered everywhere... at...
I've never been one to name my vehicles and didn't name the JK I had for years.
I had a 2014 JKUR until I sold it this year. It was a lot of fun along the way but the 3.6L pentastar just had too many issues... It sort of put me off Jeeps. A couple pictures of the JK below.
Then I purchase a...
Another one is Mall of Georgia Jeep near Atlanta. I got 7% off invoice and $1500 in FCA rebates for my 2021 Gladiator. Ask for Mike Clinnin, these forum deals are basically all he does.
FYI, I don't know what the discount is for the 2022 models but it's worth a shot to give him a call.
I completely agree that the diesel is the perfect engine in the gladiator. With the 8 speed, it's the perfect match. Good MPG, a lot of torque and it just keeps on pulling. I just hope that this engine lasts to 100k miles. That's about when I'll be ready to trade it in.
My JT has about 270 miles now. However, ESS has never worked from day 1. I tried it with the AC off and on, it just always says that it's not ready. I'm not complaining as I would just turn it off anyway. Just curious as to why it doesn't work.
Another vote for factory. They're bright and I don't really see myself ever needing anything brighter. Also they come installed already and with a full parts and labor warranty. The factory LEDs were a must for me when I was ordering my JT.
I saw that but I couldn't find out where exactly it went. I always forget that Jeep windshields can be folded down. It's a feature that I've never used before and probably never will.
That's probably true. But they left the tool set, grab bars and the soft top window bag...
Thankfully they just opened the window and didn't cut the top...
Nothing changed except for colors, a slight price bump, and the Rubicon coming standard with a few more features. You could wait for the 2023 but seeing as how the 2022 orders just started, you might be waiting until next October before even being able to order a 2023.
I just got my Rubicon with the front steel bumper. I've only gotten it to bottom out once. But it was only when I really tried to get it to bottom out. I was going ~ 38mph over a speed bump. Other than that I haven't had it bottom out once, and I drive over some crazy pot holes in the city.
Someone opened the back softtop window and went through my Jeep. Thankfully they didn't want anything but this piece was sitting on the passenger seat. I honestly don't know where it goes. Does anyone know where it goes?
I ordered one and just picked it up this week. Luckily enough one of the dealers doing the amazing deals online is just 45 minute drive for me.
Sticker: $66,285
Negotiated Price: $57,123
Price after FCA rebates: $55,623 (could have gotten another $500 if I financed through Chrysler)
I don't really understand the concern for hood locks. I live in Atlanta, in the middle of the city and park on the streets. I've never had a problem with my JK for over 7 years...
I had 37" ridge grapples on my JK for over 50k miles. They're mostly an all around great tire. However, they are decent in the rain and they SUCK in mud. Even after 50k miles, they still had tread left on them. Probably could have gotten another 15-20k or so out of them.
