HOLY HOTDOGS!!!
I just watched the install video.
Yeah, I'm decent at screen protectors, this one is a big pass for me.
Honestly, I'll just replace the windshield as needed easier and cheaper... :surprised:
Interesting, I almost bought a set, I'd be pissed.... I'd have assumed Walmart was the dealer for these, as I've never seen them anywhere else.
Keep us posted!
Yep, it's great. I have absolutely nothing to do with them, except being a happy customer.
A few messages like you said, and BAM, an easy trip to my local store. Love these guys for that. They even helped me out with tires I bought from another user here and mounted them for me with the same...
And, not taking anything away from the Banks, but I have enjoyed the Pedal Commander on both my Tundra and now my JT for years. Worked great on both, love the increased response! They truly are almost needed on these things, and work great!
Hey, so "slightly off topic" but if I was OP and he is legit going to have to buy a new 3.6, I'd personally put my money elsewhere at this point.....
How does the LS swap compare to the FCA hemi swaps? Seems those would end up cleaner in the end but I have nothing to base that on other than...
@Discount Tire
They have been awesome to work with for me, can't recommend them enough if available in your area! Just start the conversation with them here, and then the store experience is great.
Sorry, one more question.... you mention you had the Mopar lower arms, did you keep those or did you go back to stock LCA's with the brackets? I've got both in the garage, but have been told using the longer arms with the brackets is a no no and can lead to too much caster. Thanks!
I'm...
Thanks for the write up on these. I've got a set of the Metal Cloaks I picked up on black friday sale I still haven't gotten around to installing. Maybe this will be the push I need ha
I've debated the best way to do the install as well, thanks for your tips on that.
Ok, I'll bite since you posted ha! I wasn't aware of your product.
How would this compare to the newer Centerforce options that now also include upgraded hydraulic components? Seems like they took their time and came up with a complete solution on this platform.
Thanks!
Hey, I went from 5 to 8.4 using nismopar about 2 years ago and still couldn't be happier.
The only reason they need the VIN is so that it is literally plug and play when you swap the units. Easy swap, best thing I've done to my Jeep for daily use. I can't recommend nismopar enough, unit...

Thanks for posting, looking forward to the results as well!
Curious about your thoughts on the cam/upper end? Any concerns there with this? I was under the impression that's the weakest link and why Dave ultimately gave up? I could be completely wrong or less read, would love to hear more...
It's a fob with only a mechanical button to unfold the key, which unlocks/locks the doors and tailgate. No extra buttons.
And then has push button start ignition which detects the fob.
Been a slow process for me ha
Stock Willys, then put on BFG 35” KO2’s C rated, road better than stock MT’s.
Then needed (and wanted) some more height. So, bought a 2.5” RC spacer front lift setup and 2” Iron Rock rearspacer lift setup. But, never got around to installing them.
Then ran...
Hey OP, I've actually got a Willys and swapped to Mojave coil springs. I still have the stock Willys red shocks and didn't notice any real difference in the ride. I just picked them up cheap and liked the silver color and that they were a little taller.
Shocks are what's going to make the...
Diesel looks perfect to me too.... :surprised: ;) Not saying one or the other, but both have had issues ha..... And I'm a fan of them all! No hate!
EDIT: In case my post wasn't clear, that's a Diesel burnt to the ground in response to a post, not a 4xe. And yes, a Tacoma is passing by in...
