You are correct... Mine is about 1/4”-1/2” off after the Mopar lift...nothing to worry about in my opinion.

I wanted box on the side...you can also mount it above spool. Clutch handle needed to be cut bit to miss fender. This wouldn't be necessary if you mount box above.
