Hey stranger. Is yours mounted on a stock jeep? Do you know from the ground to the latch what that distance is?
I am on the fence about getting one but my wife and I are short (5ā3) and I dig the set up with the kitchen insert But we also plan on a 3ā lift (AEV) and 35ā tires. Iām wondering if...
Help me understand the live wire predicament. If it was connected directly to the battery and then to a single 12v outlet with no switch, sure.
but battery > fuse > switch panel. When the switch is off, thereās no power.

I am saving for my next mod which is likely going to be AEV 3ā lift and 35s. I want to get a bed slide and clear view...
Still a long way to go - got a Dometic 75l fridge and realized that my set up needs more space than a half rack provides - also planning to get a 3ā AEV lift with 35s and reviewing diff caps. But for now she takes me where I want to go. Pics from a recent overland fest in the Catskills

I initially did the cutting in the bed to get the panel from Nilight (Amazon$16). I even bought the 14 gauge wire and planned to wire directly to battery. I ended up...
Is your Jeep lifted? Asking because a 180/270 awning is on my list of things to get. My rubicon is not lifted and i have rebel off road half rack. While my wife and i are 5ā3, we can be fine mounting it but obviously for others itās too small so Iām just curious. I think if we do a 3ā lift and...
