  1. Interior made of recycled bubblegum???

i was very gentle, I was almost thinking a quick jerk would have been better than general persuasion. The clips just hold better than the tabs holding the clips, essentially the clips destroy the tabs. I’ve delt with dashes (removing) old Datsuns from the 70’s and 80’s, TJ/LJs, 70s and 80s...
  2. Washington Full Mojave suspension

Including all the hardware to mount the reservoirs ???
  3. Interior made of recycled bubblegum???

So, how many of you guys damage interior components upon disassembly? I was adding the power plug in the bed of my truck and broke 2 clip holes removing the driver gauge bezel. so I bought the passenger side dash plastic since this modern plastic can’t be glued/epoxied/chemical welded … well...
  4. Interior clip differences

I almost felt that orange was weaker than white… but it’s close, regardless … the blue clips are very strong. I ruined my interior trim pulling off a pice with the blue clips … doesn’t help that some of the interior trim plastic is made of recycled bubblegum.
  5. Intake Manifold service @63K - 2022 JTRD

Nothing seems alarming… I wouldn’t be too concerned about the manifold, however I would seize the opportunity and have the dealer do a complete intake port cleaning (de-carbon service, you’ll have to pay, but should add too much since there in there already) and apply a stage 1 tune to disable...
  6. Interior clip differences

Doing some interior work… does anyone know the difference in strength between the 3 colored interior clips. There are white, blue and orange clips. Plus a smoother version of the white that is thinner and smooth. Blue feels stronger, but white and orange feel similar.
  7. Lets talk Coolant for the Ecodiesel

I think something to consider is what does a new car do to new coolant… how much rust are in these blocks before they’re filled. What factory chemicals are washing into the cooling system … I’d wager a bet that if PH changes a bunch over 30k miles. After a flush and fill, the next 30k miles...
  8. Lets talk Coolant for the Ecodiesel

That’s a nice piece … I had a Land Rover that has one of these bottles explode … but it was 10 years old with 160k miles … so they ā€˜CAN’ last … these are obviously a weak link. I’ll wait till these flood the market and pop up on Amazon … a nice piece for longevity and a little bling factor...
  9. EOC - Another Exhaust Option

Who is ā€œheā€, I am OP and do not have a Mojave … but yes, this should all pertain to the diesel.
  10. EOC - Another Exhaust Option

I know … sure is pretty, ain’t it ??? I see you got the resonator, did you also get the axle back? How does it sound?
  11. EOC - Another Exhaust Option

Hey Guy, any of you see the cheaper 409 stainless exhaust kit from EOC? Wondering how it would sound coupled to the stock axle back. think there will be be a large difference in performance keeping the stock axle back??? anyways, it’s $389 bucks, which is far less expensive than the 304...
  12. 12v relocation ideas

I am out to perform the 12v relocation as well… can you share the size of hole saw? I’m measuring that a 1-1/16ā€ will be needed??? how much room for error would you say that you have in terms of the hole location… knowing my luck I’ll be a quarter inch off and the whole thing will be toast...
  13. Ecodiesel Derating issue tracking thread - also please post if NO issues!

It’s been unclear the EGR schedule on these diesels, what you’re saying sounds like gas EGR schedule. Basically EGR is only used under low load. if that’s the case, then I can see turning off the EGR not making that big a difference.
  14. Ecodiesel Derating issue tracking thread - also please post if NO issues!

Anyone notice their coolant temperatures running cooler with a tune? I am wondering how much a stage 2 tune will help coolant temperatures now that the 2 EGR systems are NOT sucking out heat from the exhaust.
  15. Diesel cooling options and ideas

Oh wow … it didn’t click … I was thinking power inverter… I’m an idiot. Carry on folks
  16. Missouri WTB - Mopar Satin Black Grille Part Number: 82216097

I’d be interested in selling my satin grill … it would be off of a far out edition, they all came with a satin grill stock. my jeep is a mall crawler with 15k miles and in perfect shape … PM me and perhaps we can work something out.
  17. Creaking Doors

I had the dealer look at mine, they replaced the detent strap, noise is still there … I thought there was a TSB for this where applying lubrication to a section of the door was the official fix … I cannot find it.
  18. Upgrade 2022 Gladiator to "Digital Dash" of 2025 Gladiator?

I wouldn’t hold your breath … I’m still waiting for a way to convert my 8.4 Uconnect5 to the 8.4 Uconnect6 … they make a harness to convert and it bolts in but the functionality isn’t 100%
