The part number on the sticker is just the fabric part. The Kit to install is accurate per your comments. Buy the 82216373AB. It’s the black twill material. I think during Covid a cheaper material snuck in there. But I purchased a 82216373AB from BAM and it was in fact the black twill.
I was under the impression that the ultimate Dana 60 semi float used dual row tapered wheel bearings … but you’re right, details are scarce on the semi float.
I too am leaning rear Dana 60 semi float as I have a diesel and tow.
I’d love to go full float, but the cost and weight are BIG cons...
I’d say suggestion 1 and 2 are the same … I was wondering the best way to clean out the intake … walnuts, hmm …
do we know if either tune disables the swirl valves ? The aluminum banks intake looks like a nice unit, but does without the swirl valves.
I was thinking about removing the EGR...
Actually I plan on ordering a stage 1 and 2 ECU, and order the exhaust later. I’ll run the stage 1 now and stage 2 when I feel like taking my truck apart… but at least I can rock the stage 1 until I get the exhaust
Since they’re twiddling their thumbs not shipping, I’d think they have a little time to respond to a guy who just sent them 1300 bucks… even an email that states, “hold your horses, our post office caught fire”…
every generation of jeep breeds different groups. I been in jeeps a long time, TJ...
regardless how I get the tune, I look forward to dumping that sorry, limp, fart sniffing tune off my truck …
extra power is nice too, I have no problems with stock power but I picked the “towing” tune as that’s my intent with this truck, I thought maybe there is not only more power but more...
So they’re consistently terrible. I thought once they had sold something they’d treat the customer right. Yeesh. I’ll give them this week before I try to get the transaction canceled by my credit card.
Two weeks is awfully generous to answer the question “where do I send my cloned PCM” … I did...
And that’s why I wanted the PCMs done first, thinking about a stage 1 AND 2, so they (and I) can take my sweet time installing the stage 2. I have 13k miles and wanna stop the soot loading NOW!
I have sweating issues towing during the summer, I’m sure keeping the exhaust heat from the EGRs out...
To anyone who bought EOC, I just pulled the trigger on a Stage 1 Tune!
However I wanted to send them a cloned ECU for tuning and asked their address and process to get them my ECU.
crickets
I called and no answer, left a message and no call back.
WTF?!?! Can I trust these guys to tune an ECU...
Ha! Good question … I have an ecodiesel and 23CB Airstream. I was going to regear and upgrade to 37’s BUT, I’m beginning to think AT LEAST a rear semi float Dana 60 (ultimate Dana 60) might be a good idea.
The tune on our trucks are so bad, this is all really good to hear.
I’m at 13k miles. I wanted to get the tune done by 15k miles. I’ll add the transmission tune.
