To anyone who bought EOC, I just pulled the trigger on a Stage 1 Tune!

However I wanted to send them a cloned ECU for tuning and asked their address and process to get them my ECU.

crickets

I called and no answer, left a message and no call back.

WTF?!?! Can I trust these guys to tune an ECU and actually handle my cloned ECU ???

I was hoping to also have a stage 2 ECU done, just in case.

As @The dude said, email and wait. You will get an email with instructions. Just a heads up there is strike happening at Canada Post and shipping is being impacted.

Good luck. Their customer service is miserable. I don’t know why they’re so highly regarded here when you can skip EOC and buy straight from MRtuning.ca who writes all of the tunes for EOC and is awesome to deal with

Been two months waiting on my exhaust from em
And that’s why I wanted the PCMs done first, thinking about a stage 1 AND 2, so they (and I) can take my sweet time installing the stage 2. I have 13k miles and wanna stop the soot loading NOW!

I have sweating issues towing during the summer, I’m sure keeping the exhaust heat from the EGRs out of the cooling demands could help quite a bit.

That's what you can expect.

They've always replied to me, eventually.

The Facebook group for them is a little quicker, but you're still just going to be told to wait.

Both my stage 1 and 2 tunes took 2-3 weeks.

The same story here. Rude, arrogant and incompetent. They don't do anything themself. They resell Mr tuning software and T&S speedshop exhaust. Get your programming done by Mrtuning.com and get exhaust from T&S speedshop.

So they’re consistently terrible. I thought once they had sold something they’d treat the customer right. Yeesh. I’ll give them this week before I try to get the transaction canceled by my credit card.

Two weeks is awfully generous to answer the question “where do I send my cloned PCM” … I did ask other questions, but at least let’s get the ball rolling. Jeeze.

Idk, my EOC stuff has over 340,000 miles on it and I never have to think about it or them unless it comes up in conversation.

So the 2-3 week wait that's been over for years now, is no big deal in hindsight.

My stuff showed up, I installed it, did burnouts for another five years.

regardless how I get the tune, I look forward to dumping that sorry, limp, fart sniffing tune off my truck …

extra power is nice too, I have no problems with stock power but I picked the “towing” tune as that’s my intent with this truck, I thought maybe there is not only more power but more focus on towing reliability, more so than the eco tune… details are scarce, so who knows.

Mine is on my Ram, different options and whatnot that the Gen 3 stuff.

I literally loaded the tune, and never, ever looked at the handheld or messed with it in any way again ever. For 340,000 miles.

Not trying to be an A** but check your junk or spam folder for email from EOC 🤷‍♂️.
