I'm surprised no one has mentioned that the diesel doesn't like short trips without guzzling DEF. I bring this up in pretty much every diesel thread but because of my short commute it automatically put the diesel out of running. Not to mention that where I live diesel is almost always AT LEAST...
Ya, during summer my range estimate goes to 450mi. The diesel would never work for me because of my short commutes for work, and that's mostly where I drive. Or short commutes to get gas/store/weekly things. I don't want a diesel with DEF. I honestly want the turbo'd I6 PHEV.
I had the exact same thing happen to me (but only once). Luckily enough I have a dashcam and was able to show the video to the techs and they got me my new steering box... and steering damper lol. Hasn't come back at least. I asked to tighten everything down as well, he said they would make sure...
Taxes and other fees for 1. A recent dealer also told me that the price very specifically says it's an "example" and that's only IF they can get you the current rate, he said at the moment they couldn't get that rate. *shrugs*. The site lease numbers will ALWAYS be lower than what you will pay...
I have a whole second 1 just sitting in my garage still NIB. I may need to sell it eventually. Mine does look like a ton of stars are out in the sky if you get in it during the day/light.
Never had neoprene seat covers but I do have a full 6mm wetsuit. So I'll say it doesn't stink like neoprene, it's not nearly as rubbery (has a spongey cloth sorta feel), and it does protect the seats very well. It doesn't really breath that well but I wasn't really expecting it to, expect a...
A little late I know but I do, it's about what I run in my truck, though mine are Krytec camo in highlander. I think they looks great, but they are a little pricey. I've had them on there for 21 months so far and they are rock solid, no issues and they haven't moved, faded, or show signs of much...
Hey! You don't necessarily agree, so you're supposed to be a condescending asshole, go back and try again!
Also, that he-hive, hahah! Please don't keep giving this generation ideas.
Lol, so unless you have a ton of shit in your bed it's a "mall crawler" now eh? That's a new one. I've been offroading with nothing in my bed, in fact, it's usually empty. Maybe don't fold it back all the way if that's the case? If your use case would be different than the roof would allow then...
I did say above this is not the answer that anyone wanted. In this thread and the other where it was posted months ago. We should have a JL type soft top that folds behind the back seats, full stop.
This has been posted before in other threads where we want a soft top that goes all the way to the back. No one wants one that is stupidly expensive or powered. I'd take a zip/velcro/buckle/button design that goes behind the back seats. The bestop looks retarded to me on a hard top, I don't like...
At least here in the U.S. on most sites I've seen show the weight of parts, especially bumpers and the like that are heavier. That's weird that it's not really a thing for you guys. You'd think they'd know at least the shipping weight to give you a rough idea of worst case scenario.
Welcome and nice to see someone from down under. It'll be nice to see a different perspective coming from your neck of the woods. It's nice to hear that the truck is large enough inside to fit you guys and your gravity belts. Also, your toilets spin the wrong way :P
Factory tires and wheels. But I'm not a fan of huge tires if you aren't rock crawling, they just look goofy to me, but I seem to be in the minority on that.
The configurator for the Altitude adds some dark almost Rubi looking wheels. I don't see anything silver for it. They def aren't the silver Sport S wheels I have (I hate those things, worst part of my truck).
& @Ar4130 He is looking to get an Altitude. I believe it is a separate package that won't show as Sport when ordering (could be wrong). If you ordered the altitude can you correct me on this please and I'll change this.
