  1. Bed Rack, Roof Rack, and RTT Recommendations Please

good question, the rhino racks cross rails are really solid, my RTT is 108 lbs and it seemed sturdy enough. I did climb in along with 2 of my boys (probably about 260lbs) and everything seemed fine, my only issue was the ladder does not adjust low enough so I need to drill 2 more holes for it...
  2. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

  4. STING GRAY Gladiator JT Club

I recently threw Gladiator stickers on and a takeoff JT grill in black (wanted the satin mopar but with the sport grill it cost wise was a lot more than I wanted to spend and found a takeoff black grill for cheap)......Its kind of like a Willy's theme now.
  5. Discussion: 2020 Ford Raptor or 2020 Jeep Gladiator

Nice, I really like the blue....I sold my white 2019 Raptor Crew Cab for the gladiator.....I agree that the comfort inside is hard to beat and the overall highway ride and cool factor is right there (I did use mine though for hauling things...towed my JLU with it, and regular house projects...
  6. STING GRAY Gladiator JT Club

nice, I went the same route but with gas. By the time I regear it would only have been a couple grand more for diesel so lookinbt back I would have strongly considered it
  7. Sting-Gray owner... show me your gray wheels

I went with silver Mopar wheels, I really like black on sting grey but these are nice wheels and I like the look and build quality

  9. WTB: 3-piece JT / JL Rubicon Grill Trim in Sting Gray???

  10. WTB: 3-piece JT / JL Rubicon Grill Trim in Sting Gray???

Good idea, can you share cost to paint? also do you have part numbers on the mopar blockers? and what pins/clips you needed? thanks
  11. WTB: 3-piece JT / JL Rubicon Grill Trim in Sting Gray???

I'm considering the same, was wondering the cost for buying unpainted and having painted at a body shop. I did find 2 people on the forum that put the satin grill on sting grey rubicons and didn't realize that the 3 parts carried over, I saw one ended up switching them over and the other I...
  12. ARE Gladiator Shell Pre Order

I have the Rhino Rack 59" bars directly on my bed (to rails on the mx4 tonneau). they work perfectly, not sure if the topper flares in much but I do think it might be tight with 54" so probably safer with the 59"
  13. Going to Buy Again In December 2021

You might do ok, if you bought your overland with employee discount and the resale remains high it might not be a big jump unless you are really looking at a highly optioned rubicon. Also, dumping upgrades into a lower model doesn't always make the best financial sense as the resale is also a...
  14. Going to Buy Again In December 2021

I will admit, jeeps (esp. wranglers) are different than other vehicles where you can trade often. I initially bought a brand new JLU Sahara 2018 when they came out in stick shift, (only option was hardtop) and later wanted a rubicon.....I traded the same Sahara in for a 2018 used rubicon (11k...
  15. Going to Buy Again In December 2021

yikes, I feel like they really get you with stuff like that. Can you recoup any of it (ie...get pro-rated refund)?
  16. Vid: 37’s and 4.88’s on highway

Are you sure you set the tire size right? that makes the biggest difference with gas mileage calculation.....35s are 33.5 mounted and under weight, I imagine 37s are likely around 35.25
  17. Vid: 37’s and 4.88’s on highway

wow, that looks just about perfect, I really need to rehear mine....running 35s and it drives fine around town but on highway I rarely see 8th at 70-75mph
  18. Hypertension Sting Gray Mojave Build

    looks awesome!
  19. Running 37s on D44s - Besides gearing, anything else to think about?

I was thinking the same, likely stronger in base sport with open diffs v. wide axles with limited slip or lockers......grant it all of these gladiator D44's are built heavy duty stock
  20. Running 37s on D44s - Besides gearing, anything else to think about?

my understanding on the gladiator is that the rubicon axles aren't any different than sport (other than ratio, lockers and width). I actually think that if not doing heavy off roading you would be fine with those super light BFG 37/12.5x17 (They weigh almost the same as heavy 33's that are...
