I had something similar…. It was my water pump. It was covered under the 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. Not sure if power train would have covered it.
My video sounds similar to yours albeit I think I caught it pretty early - my motor only had 28ish k on it. My dad also had his water pump...
This is basically the same design as an Auxbeam RA80… except Auxbeam is only $179 shipped. This might be a more premium product, but we all need to decide if it’s worth $400+ more premium dollars.
I ended up with a similar product in my Power Wagon, but it’s BulletPoint and likely rebranded a...
No.. but I'm sure they have an AI driven platform written by an unpaid intern reading this thread as we speak on it as a reason to raise rates that people will buy.
I was about to say that dude’s gonna get home one day and see an empty spot where the Grand Cherokee parks, OP all to one side and say he can’t get his daughter out of the car when you park like that. Life is just a never ending comedy of irony.
I’ve had vision wheels on my rig, two rigs ago. They were there when I bought it and when I sold it… never gave them any thought. I don’t think they’ll give you too hard of a time.
After owning a full size truck that squeezes it's way onto all my local trails... I can't say I'd go back to a JT even with the hemi.
A JLUR or its future equivalent, I'll never rule out. But crazy to think JKs are starting to look like the next TJs, so I might want to build one of them.
It may work for the JT in this case but I wouldn’t use that site as gospel…. It says my Ram can tow 19,980 lbs where as Ram says just a hair over 10,000lbs. Big, big difference.
Stellantis has a publicly available site that spits out your tuck’s data in JSON format, but it only seems to work on...
If you have an automatic, the theoretical tow rating for a Rubicon is 7,000lbs. That is of course limited by the payload sticker on your door jamb.
For example, with a 1,100lb payload rating and a 5,000lb boat, assuming 10% tounge weight, you have 660lbs for passengers and cargo before you are...
Yeah it’s been like 5 years since I went into the Jeep world. The nitro 11.5 was awesome, but pricey. I would say you use get the right offset wheel (0 typically works best) and run the 12.5 wide. It’ll just make life easier overall if you ever have a flat or need to replace 2. Just my 2 cents...
There are things to worry about, I don't think this is one of those things. I always wondered about those motors that are purchased with like 70-80 miles on them that have been test driven.. has anyone not floored a car on a test drive for at least short bits?
Check with a credit union, you should be able to get a lower rate than 7.5%. Wait until you get your first invoice, take it to your credit union, tell them you want to refinance with money down towards the principal.
The dealer is likely making a couple thousand, based on selling your rate at...
If you can or it can do it is different than a rating form the OEM. A JT with over 1,710lbs of payload and 7,700lb stated towing capacity is a basic sport with Max Tow and very few few if any options. A Rubicon usually has 7,000lb tow capacity, unless you have a diesel, which nerfs you at...
