I'm running 35psi for my highway driving. It rides pretty smooth a that. In fact that's what the dealer and Discount Tire do whenever I get a rotation done.
I did the TeraFlex leveling kit and also changed to Bilstein shocks. Chose different wheels and added Toyo AT3's at 35*11.5r17's, which are a C rated tire. Complete change in ride and drive. Lots of choices out there, good luck.
I am presently using these from CJ Pony

Have had no issues so far.
In addition to the sun shade have you thought about getting some seat towels that you can attach around the seat. They come in a variety of colors and are quite nice...
Had to have both replaced at about 33k miles. They were replaced under warranty. The Jeep OEM batteries are no different from other manufacturer's batteries in that most don't make it to 36 months. Yes there are exceptions, but the rest of us have to keep AutoZone busy.
Stinger has the entire set-up that you would need for an installation on sale for $1199. It's the cheapest I was able to find. Had some installers I trust do the installation. Works like a champ. Just added a wireless car play adapter, like not having to deal with cables when I get into my JT.
We installed a mini split in ours and it's scheduled to come on about an hour before my wife goes out there to workout. It cools the space really well. In fact the day we put the coverking headliner into the Gladiator, we had it running and it made the job go pretty smoothly while it was like 95...
I had the Stinger Heigh 10 installed about a month ago. Have kept all of the steering wheel controls and have the capacity to add things that I couldn't with the OEM 7" display, like a foward facing camera. Stinger had the whole install package on sale for $1199 which is considerably cheaper...
Many a time I've had the AC or Heat blowing with the tops off depending upon the weather. Love driving with the freedom panels off. That's why I went to the sunrider top so it's easier to do so.
I would also check the weight of the wheels your choosing. Quite a few people discount the added weight but when combined with the tires you eventually choose it will affect your mpg. That may or may not be a concern of yours, but something to be aware of.
I upgraded my cloth seats with Katzkin on my 2014 JKU. I did find them to be more comfortable but taking off the freedom panels in Houston heat and humidity was not a great combination. After the initial I love the leather seats wore off, I decided that it was the worst upgrade I did on any of...
I did the Terra Flex leveling kit and upgraded my OEM shocks to Bilstein 5100's. Later went with a set of Toyo AT3's at 35x11.5x17 because I didn't want to live with noise from the OEM Firestone mud tires. Extremely happy with the outcome.
Agree they can't raise rates, but when we tried to shop our insurance because of an increase overall, no one would take us on because we had our windshields fixed to many times over the last 3 years.
I added neoprene seat covers with lumbar support from wet okole. My wife would complain about how her back would hurt after being in the JT. After adding these seat covers, she says it's so much better. Might be worth checking out.
After going back and forth with the guy who installed my systems, I decided on the Stinger unit. Was totally unsure about purchasing on Ebay especially with the no return policy. To much money to take a chance. Stinger had the complete set-up for $1199 so went with it. Time will tell.
