I just looked at Rock Krawler 3" and 4.5" kits.
I don't see a carrier bearing spacer included with any of them.
There also isn't a rear track bar included, so they're including the bracket to center the rear axle.

I've had a Clayton 2.5" Ride Right for about 65k miles. It's been great.
I think the Clayton kit is a better value. I like that is has adjustable arms and an adjustable rear track bar instead of brackets.
But JKS has some advantages too. That kit includes front disconnects where Clayton has...

So maybe a 285/70/17 size?
If so, there is a Goodyear Ultraterrain in that size for $277/tire and they weigh 58 lbs. I have them in the 35x12.50 size and they’ve been great for about 65k miles so far.
I'd say a little bit of both.
If a dealer tries to deny warranty coverage cause of those stone chips, I'd argue the bubbling on the face of the hinges is far enough away that it wasn't caused by the stone chips.
Is this on the 2022 Wrangler listed under your name?
If so, I'd take it to the dealer for possible warranty coverage. It's 5 years and unlimited miles on paint.
It's a coil spacer lift.
Measure the thickness of the spacers to get the lift height.
Not sure on brand. It doesn't really matter when it comes to coil spacers. They're all pretty much the same.
