Adding into the above - it appears the rebates arent just boned on Gladiators. I negotiated a Ram 1500 deal in September and the rebates on that model are down from $5k to $1k. On a $40k, thats a 10% price increase in the past 8 hours.

I fully expected it to continue getting worse. I posted in a different thread that the Gladiator was clearly under priced MSRP based on the current market. One way for Jeep to control the pricing/profits is to remove incentives.
Is it me or did Jeep get rid of all the rebates to purchase nation wide? I plugged in zip codes for NY, FL, TX, CA, Etc and every single one I tried the purchase rebates were all gone.
I think the idea is to trade for the newest year model with very little to no downside. Depending on market, you might even walk away with a nice little profit.
Legitimate question - with the insane chip shortage creating a historical market for used vehicles, how many of you anticipate trading your MY21 for a MY22? I read a number of the MY20 people did that this summer when upgrading to the MY21.
Whatever it is, I assume it wouldnt be to hard to fix. I cant imagine its impossible to black out with paint/marker/etc. Especially since you can change the color, so just make it something extremely dark.

I am 99% sure I am going to go with Insane Audio, which is the main reason I decided not to wait to see if UC5 came out.
