email from jeep? is this normal?

I got one at 1730 PST last night. 10/28 was the estimated arrival date quoted.

I knew through my dealer that it was in the shipping phase, but no ETA quite yet.

A month seems like a very conservative estimate for a vehicle to travel domestically. I’m hoping the week of 10/11 for pick up, but crazy is alive and well 2021.

How do you sign up for the Jeep Wave if you don't have a Jeep yet? The link takes me to a mopar site where i have my charger set up but can't add my VIN yet for the Jeep.

Yep, I assume my salesman signed my email up. I got my email yesterday, ordered 8/25, scheduled 10.21

I think that if the dealer used the same email as your jeep wave account, then you're already signed up. I've gotten emails before I was able to add my VIN.

I think you have to have the build officially finished for it to register the VIN.

It seems like the only people getting those Jeep Wave emails are ones that had previous Jeeps registered on the site in the past.

Same thing when I tried it, wouldn't recgonize my VIN (my truck isn't even built yet).

Now if OP is talking about the Jeep Customer Care emails that get sent out to long haul waiters then that's a different story.
