I think the idea is to trade for the newest year model with very little to no downside. Depending on market, you might even walk away with a nice little profit.I feel like unless a person didn’t get exactly what they wanted or a new feature or color they should keep their ride. Would suck to trade up and end up with a problem vehicle or missing blind spot monitoring because of a constraint.

Dang, that surprising. I thought they’d be better this month. Nothing for TN any longer either.Is it me or did Jeep get rid of all the rebates to purchase nation wide? I plugged in zip codes for NY, FL, TX, CA, Etc and every single one I tried the purchase rebates were all gone.

I was in the same boat. I loved my 3.6 Punk’n. But a part of me wished I held out when the diesel option became available. So when Gecko (my favorite of all previous Jeep colors) it was enough for me to justify. I was holding out hope that 22s would be available with 4xe/Hemi options, but couldn’t pass up a Gecko Diesel combo in waiting.I'd trade for a powertrain upgrade, otherwise probably not. Any mods I do would be swappable pretty easily, but Gecko is a lot more valuable to me than UConnect 5 or most anything else added to the interior.
I've been looking for months for a black one to do exactly this, but no luck- they all have $5K worth of options I don't need. (Plus, you are not taking into account how much a good paint job has gone up in cost)For those of you waiting on color - you probably would have been better off buying a white one and getting a custom paint job afterwards, haha.

You bet your ass I’d take the 15K profit, the 7K savings plus any rebates and wait for a 22’. My patience is worth 5K +
