Can pretty much guarantee you they won't make a Mojave diesel because the high dollar suspension would need to be completely redeveloped for the diesel and all the testing that goes along with it.

Hardly a difficult chore for Jeep. Pretty sure they could come close out the gate w/o testing by putting a stiffer progressive spring in and run a stiffer progressive valving shim stack.

The problem is for a "desert runner" the weight of the engine is an issue, as is the traditional torque/hp relationship in a diesel.

From what I understand You have to do transfer in person. They don’t want to be involved with 3rd parties or other dealers. You can fly in and out and ship on your own but that eats up the savings.

Is it me or did Jeep get rid of all the rebates to purchase nation wide? I plugged in zip codes for NY, FL, TX, CA, Etc and every single one I tried the purchase rebates were all gone.

The rebates still seem to be available in Georgia.

A good deal on a car hauler (purchased via a bidding site) would be like $600-$800. If you really truly can't make the trip but would be paying thousands more locally you may be able to do the paperwork remotely via mailing docs back and forth and possibly having them notarized. I'm sure that's not preferred but it may be worth asking about.
