  1. Fuel “efficiency” with 37s

Ask any hot rodder from the 60s… stickers add power! Racing stripes is at least 15 horsepower!
  2. Fuel “efficiency” with 37s

Well.. I do have a bunch of em. Maybe they help with my fuel economy šŸ˜‚
  3. Fuel “efficiency” with 37s

Wife gets about 16-17 average in her Willys with 3.5ā€ lift, 4.10s and 37ā€ Patagonias. 18 on long trips, 13.5 around town. In other news, I average 22-23 with 4.5ā€ lift and Toyo 37s on 3.73s but I have the better engine.
  4. Lets See Your Other Rides!!

Missed the good ones by 1 year. She’s still fun though šŸ˜‰
  5. 3.5 Lift Kit Springs or Spacers?

If I had to choose between the two, I’d probably just ride the bus instead. I would actually put the 3ā€ spacers with stock springs before I would install a rough country spring in my ride. Coming from personal experience.
  6. Anybody got a Wrangler?

You are the only person on the forums who ever said that.
  7. Anybody got a Wrangler?

No question about it, much better than the gladiator
  8. Side Decals?

Hawaii and 4WP… it all makes sense. I like the style of the graphics I’m just not a fan of putting company names on it unless they’re paying for it. And yeah, get 40s.
  9. Standard (Imperial) or Metric Sockets?

I agree 100% with that. I used to be a brand whore but nowadays my box is filled with whatever gets the job done.
  10. Installing RC 2.5" spacer lift

Should be fine without it, but a carrier bearing spacer wouldn’t hurt. I ran that same setup with 37s before doing a full lift and it did just fine.

  12. Seats are Hard as a Rock. More comfortable aftermarket seats?

My overland seats are much more comfortable than sport seats. When my wife had her sport, my back would ache after 30-40 minutes. With my overland seats i can go 2-3 hours before needing to stretch. Then again, the seats in my 2018 Silverado would allow me to go coast to coast without...
  13. Standard (Imperial) or Metric Sockets?

Being a former ASE certified mechanic, I have a lot of expensive tools in my box. I also have a lot of cheap stuff. You’ll find what works for some doesn’t work for others. Start cheap, and if you’re breaking them then it’s time to upgrade to better equipment. SAE is almost nonexistent on cars...
  14. Hitch Skid Choice

My thoughts exactly. Also, the one I got came with a metal sleeve that you can put inside the soft shackle hole. This allows you to rotate the unit 90 degrees so the hole is vertical, and you can put a tow ball on it if need be. I carry a tow ball hitch in my recovery bag so I didn’t need to use...
  15. Where do you store your recovery gear?

I don’t have the trail rail, these molle panels were designed to use either the rail system or to bolt to original holes in the bed. I opted for the bolt holes. They fit tight and don’t move or rattle at all. https://ebay.us/m/wcAM2X
  16. Where do you store your recovery gear?

These are full sized, 40ā€ long. They are a knockoff brand and they came with mounts as seen in the bottom left. I got them specifically because all my recovery gear is lime green and I’m OCD like that šŸ˜‚
  17. Hitch Skid Choice

I probably would too but it worked just fine.
  18. Hitch Skid Choice

I drug the crap out of this one in Moab. They don’t necessarily recommend using it as a slider but I can attest to it holding up. It did just fine and it’s got a soft shackle mounting point. Mohawk 2.0 https://moose-knuckle.com/products/moose-knuckle-mohawk-receiver-2-0-red-rum
  19. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

In 3 month’s time I could’ve created a company, patented the design, built it, sold it and shipped it to you for less money than you paid, provided you paid more than 12 dollars for it šŸ˜‚
