How do you let yours ride in the Gladiator?

I used to have a Nissan Frontier and she was able to sit on the Floorboard of that and look out. She doesn't stand on all fours just sits and looks out.

What type of top do you have? It looks like a hardtop on the back portion but the front looks like a soft top folded back. thanks!
