Just one of the well-known issues with this new generation Colorado/Canyon since September 2023. Roof buckling in car wash.
There is a service bulletin released about this issue, but I do not have access to it. According to my resources, the repair consists of straightening the sheet metal...
Now that you have some info on your order, keep us informed if you take delivery in the next five days or decide to pony up the extra 15% if it comes after the end date. Thanks.
I am not in the "I'd be pissed too" group because I would have been past that by this point and cancelled the order long ago. It would've been time to find one somewhere else, reordered or moved on to something else.
As someone else described, the OP is already tainted by the whole situation.
Just my opinion but without the cold climate package, it is the deal breaker. Any vehicle that has an MSRP of 57k should have it.
More than likely why that one has flat spots on the tires! ;)
I agree with some of the other posts about the appearance of these new twins (Chevy/GMC). They are aggressive with a nice design.
However, for me that is where it ends. My wife wants a midsize truck of her own and went a drove a Canyon Denali. As stated, the look was great but nothing else...
And no LED lighting group included on the $10,000 X package. ?

Just like the people that complain about gas prices all the time. Compare current prices to the past. Then figure in today's inflation. Seems to me that gas is pretty cheap compared to 20 years ago.
Some folks just don't understand that. ?‍♂️
You nailed it. Except it only took me one time to realize the hassle to remove the roof. Never had it off again. In fact, never took the freedom panels off after that either! :)
I agree. Always have enjoyed the Auto Shows since I was a kid. I'll pass this year as I am confident that 75% of the vehicles will be EV related.
The same reason that I am letting my Motor Trend Subscription run out in a few months after 28 years. 75% EV articles and news that I am not...
Rubicons will have the available Rock-Trac. From what I know, has not been confirmed by Mopar that the Mojo will have Selec-Trac.
I don't believe websites like Carbuzz and such. Not reliable information.
To replace my pretty loaded '22 Mojave that had a MSRP of 59K will run 71K today. And Selec-Trac is no longer available. That is a deal breaker for those of us in the north country let alone the insane prices.
Even with discounts that will eventually happen for the 2024 model year, they won't...
If you live in a metropolitan area, be careful not to park it in a bad neighborhood. JT's & JL's somehow have an uncanny ability to make it into shipping containers bound for India.
Not to suggest or imply anything!
