  1. Building a Mojave on 40's

Its a Great Bumper and one of my favorite modifications. Barnes4wd is the same company as 7slot customs. The 7slot name was just the jeep division of Barnes but I believe they are back to just one name now.
  2. Gladiator Mojave on 40's in Sand Hollow, UT (Video)

Wheels are KMC Dirty Harry's and the front bumper is a Barnes4wd "Pritchett Canyon" series. I agree these Gladiators are very capable and a ton of fun!
  3. Building a Mojave on 40's

I would love to get together and wheel sometime and I appreciate the kind words. I was going to buy a Sarge Green Gladiator but once on the lot I got mezmorized by the Hydro Blue. You have a very good gameplan for your build. Quality stuff, in fact I'm eyeballing the Yeti Aluminum Tie-Rod...
  4. Gladiator Mojave on 40's in Sand Hollow, UT (Video)

Best decision I've made so far was the Hydro Blue color. The sliders are holding up very well to my surprise. They look great and create a good step. I was worried about them being a "budget" option but I have hit them very hard many times and they are doing the job.
  5. Gladiator Mojave on 40's in Sand Hollow, UT (Video)

The AirBnB we stayed at was like a block from his shop. Never had the time to stop in but his MORVAIR was parked in the lot. Very cool setup in my opinion.
  6. Show me your Gladiators on 40's.

I'm re-geared to 5.13 which gave me 7th and 8th gear back and feels good off the line.
  7. Building a Mojave on 40's

Page 1 of this thread has my list of upgrades but here it is again: -Regeared to 5.13 -Tazer Mini programmer -Fox 2.5 Shocks with Remote Reservoirs and DSC -AntiRock front SwayBar -Apex Power Steering Booster with Intercooler -Barnes 4wd Front Bumper -SuperWinch 10,000S -Fishbone 1/2 Bed Rack...
  8. Show me your Gladiators on 40's.

    I'm on 40" Cooper STT Pro's with a 3.5" Clayton OffRoad Lift.
  9. Building a Mojave on 40's

I will have some more additions / upgrades to share soon as I've been working with PRP Seats to develop products for the Mojave Trim of the Gladiator. I also added some limit straps to the rear since at full droop my rear coils become unseated. In the meantime here is a video of my Gladiator in...
  10. Gladiator Mojave on 40's in Sand Hollow, UT (Video)

I recently took a trip to Sand Hollow, UT to do some offroading with friends. The video I'm going to post is dedicated to the Gladiator as there are tons of videos of Wranglers and Buggies doing these trails but very few on the Gladiator. Quick build overview: The Mojave is on 40" Cooper STT...
  11. Gladiators and Camper Pictures

I just towed for the first time this last weekend. The Jeep did great in my opinion. I'm lifted on 40's with 5.13 gears. The trailer is 20ft and weighs around 4400lbs dry.
  12. Building a Mojave on 40's

My plan for skids is to do certain areas and not a full belly system as they get very heavy and a pain to remove when you need to get to things. I have already bought (not installed yet) lower control arm and shock skids from Rock Hard 4x4 and another control arm skid from Rusty's to protect...

    A Few of my Favorites....
  14. MOJAVE Edition Gladiator JT Club

Couple of Mojave's testing out the desert rated badges!!!
  15. What color is your favorite?

I vote Gobi. I was looking for Gobi or Gator and ended up Hydro Blue with zero regrets.
  16. (Pics added) 37s Mojave with 2" lift... Baja Boss M/T

I believe you that it happened as no company has a perfect track record. All I can say is mine is built as strong as they come with some of the best looking welds I've seen. This bumper in my opinion just looks so good with the Mojave adding to the pre-runner desert look.
  17. (Pics added) 37s Mojave with 2" lift... Baja Boss M/T

I have the pritchett canyon bumper on my Mojave and it has some of the best welds I've ever seen on a bumper. Its one of my favorite upgrades to my Mojave. I have pictures of the welds and bumper on my build page.
  18. Building a Mojave on 40's

On my last Off-Roading trip I smashed up my front exhaust resonator pretty good. I decided to upgrade my exhaust to a high clearance MagnaFlow muffler with an exhaust dump before the axle. The old resonator hung below the frame rail a little. This new design keeps everything higher than the...
  19. Stock Rubi axles with 40s—OK for hard wheeling or no?

I won't say there isn't risk because there is always risk but these 3rd generation Dana 44's are much beefier than the gen 1 and 2 in older jeeps. I ran 37's on my 2016 JK for years running very difficult trails and never had an axle problem on the gen 2 44's. Now with my Gladiator Mojave I'm on...
  20. MOJAVE Edition Gladiator JT Club

The website says 62lbs. That seems accurate.
