Ahh I forgot about JCR good call! Those are super solid too.
@Mac , with the inner fender brace, no. I literally flipped on my MC's, hard, as well as had all tires slip on wet rocks and I slammed down onto the fenders (all 4), with no body damage and only scratches on the fenders (broke my hard...
They all rust equally the same. It is extremely difficult to get Powder coating in the weld spots.
At least up here in the rust belt, they all act the same. My choice for MC came from their CS being willing to overnight stuff if I break something, which the other companies you mentioned do not...
Technically I have the factory Mopar headlights, but I did not get them from the factory. Bought them afterwards for much cheaper (and brand new).
I have a tazer so I was able to change on the computer I had LED lights, no problems at all.
The MC LED's work great and were pretty easy to get...
Recessed headlights being a problem was also noted lol. This is literally the definition of a Jeep thing. And it's shitty.
Still holding my breath for JW to come out with 9" heated headlights...
Lol what is this thread.
Did you ask the dealer to regear, then proceed to pay the dealer to regear?
No you didnt.
So why are you surprised you have the factory gears? This makes no sense.
The dealer should have flashed the computer for larger tires, but that is the only thing they should...
Very odd as I have seen them here on the east coast, as well as in Moab. Obviously it is a minority that have them. I can't seem to think of one area that had "more" than others. It was kind of random.
Just because I made an ass of ME and...well..ME, doesn't mean I can't be SORRY :mad:
PS sorry about the nerves on said person
PPS I'm not from Canadialand but from Romania...same thing right? ?
Never took it as such, and i dont think anyone would take it like that so you're good ? sorry if my post sounded like you were.
There are always draw backs to one or the other, regardless of which direction you go. If i was able to use the stock halogens without issue I absolutely would.
I think either would be good spots, however you might get better responses in the overlanding section.
Personally, I have the Genesis dual battery kit that most things will be hardwired to, as well as a Goal Zero that my fridge and phones will plug into once at camp/for anything that needs to...
Lol offensive? It's your opinion, there is nothing offensive to finding something working well for you.
My post was just clarifying the complaints people have that you, luckily, don't need to deal with. And I envy you lol
:headbang: :headbang: :headbang:
As others have said, its a roll bar. I have one in my wrangler because I rolled it a few times. It is super common to see these on wrangler forums. Kind of surprised if you have had that many jeeps you dont knowbasic roll cages.
Saying halogens isn't an issue because they have been used for years isn't the problem here. It is that the Jeep halogens, specifically, are garbage in many situations.
Mine were great when I was the only one on a back road. Otherwise they were terrible and I couldn't see shit. That is what...
It shouldn't if you planned to purchase any new vehicle with LED lights as majority of US companies do not offer heated LED lights as standard, or optional, equipment.
Personally waiting on JW Speaker to come out with their 9" heated headlights. Dunno what is taking them so damn long.
Is your spring bowing towards your swaybar link? IDK why but it almost goes hand in hand with the movement of the axle.
Go check to see if the spring is bowing. Then stuff your right tire and see if there is any sort of touching between spring and link.
