It should be there - yes. Look in the two levels of the center console, the glove box, or under the rear seats. Otherwise, reach out to your dealership. On the JL forums there were reports of some dealerships that would take them and sell them on ebay.

I like this setup... did you detail it anywhere? It does look very clean and low profile.

No. It does not. However, if you have a TazerJL running the latest firmware, and the TazerJL is connected to your vehicle, it will trigger the panic function if it detects the hood being opened when the alarm is set.

I have one of those small batteries sitting in my garage. Maybe it got used 3 or 4 times. I pulled it out when I installed the genesis dual battery kit. It’s worth noting that the dual battery kit obviates that problem. I should post my stock batteries for sale. Someone might want/need them.

Retrax has stated they will not be making a cover for the gladiator.

There are a few of us trying to do similar things... I think we are going at it in different ways. @kayakmike @steffen707 come to mind right away. They’ve got posts about their approaches... mine is still getting hashed out... The short answer is, this is all too new... I think what we are...

Very interesting that it doesn’t completely cover the rails - at least based on their image it doesn’t. To answer your question - I have 0 experience with this type, but it’s been one kind I’ve been wanting to try. I’m very curious how it locks...
