Depends on your build date - was it after 2/25/22? If so you are good and got the updated shocks/bumps off the assembly line. That said, in my case, it only made it about 50% better. My Jeep went from bottoming out at 10 mph over a speed bump to 15-16 mph after the fix. I will be adding the...
Here is my $0.02 based on personal experience after putting 233K miles on my 09 JKU.
Jeep, MOPAR, FCA, and Stelantis (or whatever you want to call them) are liars and do not care about your vehicle's life expectancy. The manual maintenance schedule is designed to get you out of warranty and...
If anyone has a carfax account they can look it up by the vin and see where it's at. I found a free one similar to carfax and when I ran the VIN it showed that it was delisted with 18 miles from that dealer so it might not have ever sold.
I'm kind of impressed by that fab work to make that middle door. Would be interested to see the inside of the door and what it looks like. Not my taste, but I'll give them credit for doing it. At least it's somewhat original vs all the other 6 door super poopies.
Unfortunate, but looks like you just got the short end of the stick. You are the first I have read about in regards to the lift pump here, or in any of the FB groups I follow. In my experience, all Jeeps end up having a few issues to be worked out at first. I wouldn't sweat it and I'm sure it...
Reliable in the sense that it has never left me stranded? Yes. Problem free? No.
Issues over the first 14K miles:
Leaking DEF injector (Fixed)
Bottoming out TSB (Fixed)
Squeaking Exhaust Actuator (Will be fixed this week)
MPG Cluster Glitch where current MPG disappears intermittently...
They were available on a couple of sites, but it now says discontinued on one. Do they actually exist? I have no idea, that is why I was asking because in the past yes 35 was the max available.

I think I read one turbo is smaller to spool quickly for the low end, and the bigger turbo will help with the high end once spooled up (hard to tell in the pics). I'm curious why they went this route when everyone else has basically solved this with variable vane turbos. Are these ones VVT? If...
Well, the Gladiator is a tweaked 1500 frame so if that turns out to be indeed the case there is very little R&D involved. It will just be a reskinned Gladiator and the motor/frame are a direct carry over.
A 3.6 in 6th would theoretically be putting down 1,066 tq with 4.10s vs the Ecodiesels' 1,648 tq with 3.73s. It's not even close, but that doesn't even tell the whole story because the diesel is doing it from 1400 to 2800 Rpms vs 2500 - 4800 for the gasser. Although the gas motor does have a...
It sounds counter-intuitive, but try to get to up speed as fast as possible. You will notice once it starts building boost your MPGs will basically drop to around 10-12mpg, but the harder you floor it after that you barely see any fall off. I think you are better giving it the beans and getting...
I dropped mine off at 8am and they called me to pick it up around 1-2 in the afternoon. I think Mopar only pays them for 1.2 hours of labor for the warranty work.
Interestingly enough, the "diesel" version that is half the size is actually made by Mann filter. It also appears to have charcoal in it which is why it has a darker appearance to absorb odors.
I had Benny add another diesel filter to my order along with the "gas" version so I have both to...
The only thing I noticed out of alignment on mine were badges. My ecodiesel badge is slightly crooked as well as the Jeep/gladiator badge/sticker on both sides. Although those look like they were all set level vs with the rake of the vehicle.
Pretty sure my bed and cab all match. But now I’m...
It’s amazing to me none of those buyers didn’t just do a couple hours of research for a dealer giving deals under invoice. Going by that average I saved about $14k.
