Meaning their is a fix...contact their customer service and they'll take care of you. Do some research before hand so you're informed on how it's fixed. You may be able to remedy it yourself and not have to wait for them to ship you anything.
Yes thank you. Interesting, I wonder if your cross member is threaded, or if your shop did something to make it work. Either way, still waiting for RH to send me a new but/bracket for it.
If you get a chance, would you mind crawling underneath and taking. Apicture of the resonator skid mount? The cross member hole is not threaded on my JT like they say it is on the JLs.
Have you installed them yet? Their bracket for the resonator skid doesn't work with the JT, waiting for them to figure out a new mounting solution for it.
It seems like it holds the axle well enough. I have a thru axle, so I don't love the idea of having to R&I the wheel when I leave the house, get to the trail, leave the trail, and get back home. But we'll see how it goes.
Anyone running a fridge with slide under the DB? I tossed the ARB 63qt in and was surprised it fit. Need to figure out which slide to go with now, have about an inch and a half of clearance.
It really was, the bend of the cable kept causing it to rotate after I positioned it. I used some black silicone on the back side to hold it in place in the tube.
I was hoping for something without removing the front wheel, but I may have to get over that.
Fortunately, I don't live in Houston haha. I appreciate the offer though.
Does anyone know of a way to secure a single bike to a single crossbar? If I run it on both cross bars, I can't open my tonneau cover.
If not I'll probably just keep running my 1UP hitch rack (it does have the slot underneath for a roof rack)
I went with a matching spare wheel and tire for my 37s, but I will also do 5 tire rotations (don't forget to add a TPMS to the new spare). 37x12.5r17 Falken Wildpeak fit under the bed. Last thing I want is an undersized spare on an off-road trip.
