Thats just stupid. I wouldnt even pay a penny for that. There are tons of ways to disable it for free or with a device that you pay once for. Paying a monthly fee to have it disabled is just idiotic.
They are relatively quiet. Well, my diesel is anyways. The diesel has more sound deadening than the gas. But They arent very loud. You can drive 80 and have a conversation without talking loud.

I had the same issues with my '23 but not with my 2019. Replace your cabin air filter. The OEM one is way to restrictive. I run Doc Diesel cabin air filter. Its a neat 2 piece design.
Agreed. The factory Falken AT3W's have been amazing. Very quiet. Wore nice and even. Never had an issue. But like every other OEM tire. They dont last. I replced mine at 35K.
Have you updated the tire size in the computer? I know when the tire size hasnt been updated it causes issues with shift points and whatnot. Tazer is a good solution for that. Both my JL and JT (Both with stock gearing and 35"s) shift like "stock" after updating the tire size in the computer.
